Placards espace rangement + Le personnel l'ambiance le style − Il faudrait plus d'espace de rangement sans les chambres surtout pour des séjours un peu long. Obligé de laisser nos affaires dans nos valises! 🥺

Not bad but not good enough + It a nice clean hotel with a few oversights! And a smelly corridor on the second floor, but my room was clean! They gave me a room at the very end of the corridor which to a while getting to, and i booked the balcony room but I didn’t use the balcony because of the lack of privacy! The staff was a mixed bag, some of them are extremely helpful and welcoming but some of them were impolite and totally unfriendly and unhelpful especially some of the call assistantsat the operator-no 5- and specifically the weekend short lady receptionist standing at the right desk -11:30pm- on Saturday , so for this price you get what you’re paying for, and the duty manager was kind enough to offer me a late check out at 2pm and apologized for the shortcoming of the rude receptionist. Generally not a bad hotel but I won’t stay here again. − Same as above

I will keep booking here. It’s one of the best hotels. + Rooms, breakfast, lobby and the green garden were very good. It was comfortable hotel and it’s not my first time here and I will visit again when I go to Bangkok. − The smell in the corridors was bad, it seems from humidity. They should take care of this because it gives a bad impression especially for those who visit the first time.

+ it is very close to food and a little shopping in kingpower dutyfree. Only 5 mins walk to Victory Monument BTS station and Century plaza which has groceries and a lot of food. − The water pressure for the bathroom is not strong enough and it doesnt have a bathtub.
