Dirty and Dusty room. Unhygienic + I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I visit Koh Chang, but unfortunately this recent stay was very disappointing. We stayed in the Deluxe Cabana room with the outdoor shower. I honestly don’t think the room was cleaned properly. The furniture, wardrobe, bathtub, shower curtain, and even the window blinds were covered in dust, which immediately made the room feel neglected and unhygienic. The hot water situation was also frustrating. There was no proper hot shower unless you drained the bathtub for around 15 minutes first before the hot water finally started working. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging premium prices. Breakfast was another letdown. The food was tasteless, repetitive, and far below the standard you would expect from a quality hotel. The breakfast area itself felt very disorganised, and the staff clearly need better training and management. If Centara Hotels & Resorts considers this property to be a 4- or 5-star hotel,…

Nice traditional Thai stay + Very traditional Thai, if you want to get that style. The grounds are very tropical and great location to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Kids pool area with slide, gym and staff friendly − It is dated, but they do their best to keep clean

Loosing beach but improving other sides + Craft activities at Centara are so fun! Girls from stuff are amazing: friendly, helpful, sweet! The best! Lots of varieties were suggested so we did figure painting, banana leaves hat craft, mosaic, gel candles, and looking forward for something else cause we have another several days here All goods we did were packed perfectly for further transportation, which is pretty thoughtful 😊 Thanks for perfect service and communication!

Muy recomendable + El entorno, el personal (siempre dispuesto ayudarte) y el desayuno buffet (muy completo y de calidad)... En general, todo ha estado muy bien. − Por decir algo, la ducha/bañera necesitaría una cierta renovación, y estaría bien tener algo más de luz artificial en la habitación.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit schöner Unterkunft, und sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. + Sehr schöne Anlage im tropischen Stil, mit schönen Bungalows − Dusche in der Badewanne mit Vorhang. Einzeldusche wäre mir lieber. Badewanne braucht kein Mensch in so einem Land. Die Guckfenster vom Waschraum zur Toilette.
