Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. + First time at a Four Seasons. Beautiful resort. Beautiful rooms. Amazing relaxed vibe. Food is well above what I would expect from a hotel, it’s high end restaurant quality. But the service… The service is impeccable. Everyone at the resort greets me by name, extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Not cheap by a stretch, but worth the experience. Want to specifically call out Jimmy at concierge, amazing support and service.

it’s probably one of the five most beautiful and inspiring hotels in the world + We loved everything. This hotel combines nature with luxury in a truly unique way. It’s not for everyone, but for those who appreciate this kind of experience, it’s probably one of the five most beautiful and inspiring hotels in the world. Anthony, the manager, does an amazing job together with the entire team. The service here is of the highest standard. The food is good, but there is room for improvement. It should be taken to the next level to match the exceptional quality of the rest of the experience.

Perfect resort + Our stay at Four Seasons Chiang Mai was very special. The unparralleled views of the rice paddies with the mountains in the distance needs to be experienced first hand. We stayed in one of the larger residences and it had a silly amount of space. Think Archtitectual Digest surrounded by lush forest. The living areas could easily accommodate three generations of families on vacation. Sonny was our butler and she made sure our villa was impeccable and helped with our requests. The morning buffet and the two main restaurants Khao and North always served delicious meals and cocktails. Alissa, GG and the restuarant staff were attentive and friendly. The kids club and family cultural experiences were brilliant and the staff, Heder, Fern and Apple were wonderful. Our spa experiences were so relaxing and all of the staff are experts in their field, including Kate. Thanks to Anthony, the General Manager for the fun chats and checking in to see how our stay was. Everything we had hoped for, a tranquil, blissful stay + We loved the residence that we stayed in, so spacious, flowers everywhere. Cleaning and service was fabulous. All the staff were friendly and so helpful. Our boys really liked Note as he offered us an amazing upgrade at a very reasonable price as it was our first visit and it was worth it.
