A nice hotel, good location, some friendly staff but not worth the high cost price. The hotel and some staff could do wi + The room we stayed in was big,(waterfall suite), the bed was comfortable, the decor was sweet and tasteful. The guests pool was beautiful. The staff left a beautiful welcoming ‘Happy Anniversary’ message and petals for us. Thank you to ‘Dear’ the lovely man on the door who was super friendly, kind and helpful every time we saw him. The in house massage was great, very professional and friendly. − The breakfast menu did not cater for European/western guests. The pool in the room was unbearably cold so a real waste of money booking this suite. After we had afternoon tea in our room the cups etc were not removed even though turn down service visited and left cute chocolates for us, they ignored the dirty cups and plates on the table so there was nowhere to place anything.

Très bel hôtel, vivement recommandé à Chiang Mai + Très bel hôtel (boutique hôtel) très bien situé dans le centre de Chiang Mai. Grand confort, belle et grande chambre. Délicieux petit déjeuner. Service parfait. − Rien. Les matelas pourraient être moins fermés.

Fantastico e adatto a chi cerca eleganza e autenticità nello stesso ambiente. + Ambiente molto curato nei dettagli, con personale sempre molto attento, sorridente e gentile. La camera bella e spaziosa, lo spazio esterno top, la posizione super e vicina ai templi - da cui è possibile muoversi a piedi e con semplicità in ogni momento. L’hotel dispone di tutti i servizi: la piscina é molto bella, la colazione abbondante, il break nel pomeriggio delizioso e il ristorante tra i migliori provati a Chiang Mai. Nel complesso, l’esperienza ha superato le aspettative e torneremo sicuramente nel nostro prossimo viaggio in Thailandia. − Non esistono elementi che non sono stati apprezzati.

Would definitely stay here again + Location, private pool , dining area, comfortable bed, staff were amazing − To much light comes in the room when trying to sleep and the water spout in the pool stays on to late

STAY AT THE INSIDE HOUSE!!! You won't regret it! + The staff was beyond tremendous! Pooh was an add bonus and my travel companion and I still talk about her! The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel definitely had a boutique feel to it.

מלון WOW בלב העיר העתיקה + מלון WOW בלב העיר העתיקה . המקום מפנק והצוות יוצא מגדרו כדי שתצאו מרוצים. תמיד מפתיעים לטובה ומגוון פינוקים.אני חושב שהתמונות של החדרים לא מתארות טוב את המציאות שהרבה יותר טובה מהתמונה. כמעט ויתרתי על המלון בגלל זה. − הבריכה נחמדה אבל קטנה.
