Very disappointed + This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey, yet the check-in process was painfully slow with no consideration for how tired our group was. Despite booking five rooms, the hotel provided only one key card per room, which was extremely inconvenient for a group of travelers. There was also no flexibility or worthwhile breakfast offer, and my request for a late check-out was completely ignored without any effort to accommodate us. To make matters worse, the hotel charged additional fees for an extra bed, even though this had been discussed in advance. Overall, the service lacked hospitality, customer care, and basic flexibility. I left very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professional service or a welcoming guest experience.

Say hi to "Dao" Jindathip at Westin + My experience at the lobby reception was top notch. Jindathip, who handled my check in at the lobby, was exceptionally courteous and professional, handling everything with remarkable care. Great service starts at the front desk, and her warm welcome set the stage for a fantastic stay. You definitely want to book your stay here and experience this hospitality firsthand.

Awesome hotel + Awesome hospitality, location and food. Breakfast spread was simply great with Indian vegetarian options. Chef Sachin was very prompt to accommodate our requests. I will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Thanks! + Thankyou for looking after me after I came out of hospital from surgery all of the staff were great super helpful, attentive and warm and caring. Thankyou especially to Tikky the room maid on my floor she went out of her way to bring me ice to put on my knee and take care of me. Very grateful and highly recommend.

Amazing Indian Food and Exceptional Hospitality + I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel from 16 to 26 August. I am a repeat customer of Westin and have also stayed at several other Marriott properties in Bangkok, but the food here is what keeps bringing me back to this location. A special mention goes to Manoj and Sachin for preparing such amazing Indian food. The Puri Sabji is honestly better than what you get at most restaurants in India! Their food is authentic, fresh, and prepared with great care. The entire team is very polite, welcoming, and always takes good care of the guests. I would also like to appreciate the General Manager for doing an excellent job of connecting with guests. Whether during breakfast or in the evening at the lounge, he makes an effort to interact with people and build genuine connections. It really adds a personal touch to the stay.
