Zum dritten aber auch zum letzten Mal! + Wir waren schon in vielen Anantara Hotels und auch in vielen unterschiedlichen Hotels in Bangkok. Im Anantara Riverside sind wir zum dritten Mal gewesen. Wir lieben die bequemen Betten, das herzliche Personal und vor allem das sehr leckere und umfangreiche Frühstück. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage am Fluss, ist für uns immer die ruhige Oase mit einem traumhaften Garten und Poolbereich in dieser quirligen und turbulenten Stadt Bangkok. Ankommen in Thailand war für uns die letzten Male immer untrennbar mit dem Anantara Riverside verbunden. Allerdings war es dieses Mal das letzte Mal für uns im Anantara Riverside. − Wir sind sehr enttäuscht darüber, dass das Management im Voraus nicht über die Umbaumaßnahmen am Pool informiert hat! Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich, dass diese große Einschränkung kommuniziert wird! Ein absolutes No-go! Der Baulärm zog sich über den ganzen Tag, der Pool war zwar nutzbar, aber an Entspannun…

A beautiful oasis on the banks of the river + We stayed at Anantara for the last night of our holiday and it served us very well. The staff were great - very polite and attentive. The room was a good size with space for the three of us. The food at Brio and breakfast in the morning were delicious. And my wife and I enjoyed drinks at sundown at SEEN high above the city in the neighbouring block. − Advanced notice of the refurbishment to the pool area would have been good.

Outstanding experience! − Unfortunately, I wasn’t made aware of the renovations taking place in the pool area. While the pool is still accessible, the construction does create some noticeable noise.

اقامه مميزه للغايه … اشكر ادارة الفندق على تفاعلهم مع احتفالنا + كل شي رائع ومميز منذ دخولك مع بوابة الفندق حتى وصولك لغرفتك افطار جيد وخيارات الاكل الحلال موجوده وان كانت محدودة نوعا ما − حقيقة لايوجد

be very careful in allowing the hotel to block any amount on your credit card towards incidental exp + have not received back the blocked amount on my credit card at the time of check in − i was promised tha the blocked amount on my credit card would be refunded within 4 days of check out but still not received even after a month

Pleasant. + The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the hotel has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere. I especially loved how much Thai culture is represented throughout the property — it felt authentic and thoughtfully incorporated. I even picked up a few Thai phrases from the lovely staff! There’s also a shopping plaza directly opposite the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and most were delicious. Overall, the hotel is large, beautiful, and well maintained. There’s an hourly boat shuttle to the Icon Siam which is great! − The room furnishings feel a little dated and could benefit from a more modern refresh. The hotel is also somewhat far from the main city-centre areas, so getting around can be a bit challenging, especially with Bangkok’s heavy traffic.

Unglaublich + Top Hotel an guter Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal, Lounge ist fantastisch. Mit dem Schiff, zu verschiedenen Attraktionen. Gratis. Tip top. − Etwas im höheren Preissegment.
