Ein Traum! + Die Anlage besticht durch ihre traumhafte Lage am Hang mit direktem Zugang zum hoteleigenen Strand. Obwohl sie bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, vermittelt sie den charmanten Eindruck, in einem authentischen thailändischen Dorf zu wohnen. Die Zimmer sind rustikal und zugleich im typisch thailändischen Stil eingerichtet. Sie bieten hohen Komfort und überzeugen besonders durch ihre Sauberkeit. Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend – stets mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück überzeugt durch seine große Vielfalt und lässt keine Wünsche offen: Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei, alles ist frisch zubereitet und wird täglich durch neue Köstlichkeiten ergänzt. − Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Im Beach-Restaurant kann es gelegentlich etwas länger dauern, bis die Bestellung serviert wird. Dafür wurden wir jedoch mit der typisch thailändischen Herzlichkeit und einer kostenlosen Portion frischem Obst mehr als entschä…

Eines der schönsten Hotels, wo wir je waren + Die Lage am wunderschönen Strand, der Pool, Größe und Ausstattung der Unterkunft, das sensationelle Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit des Personals,- wir fanden alles außergewöhnlich gut, noch besser als im Vorfeld erwartet. Das Napasai soll jetzt renoviert werden, wir hatten bereits jetzt nichts daran auszusetzen (etwas Patina an den Holzteilen erhöhte eher noch den Charme, wie wir finden).

Ruhige Oase im überlaufenen Ko Samui, toller Aufenthalt, ein Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. + Die Lage der Villen und die gesamte Anlage, dankbare Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus. Frühstück und Essen war super. Liebevolles Personal. − Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Es wurde schon mehrfach erwähnt, dass das Hotel zwar in die Jahre gekommen ist und zeitnah renoviert wird. Dennoch war der Zustand der Villa gut, es wurde alles mögliche unternommen, den Standard eines 5-Sterne Hotels zu bewahren.
