Perfect for a business trip/conference + We had a conference for one day at the Montien Hotel. It couldn’t have been a better experience than what we had: the venue, flexibility, menu, and kindness of the personnel. Hotel with a soul in a nice location + Hotel with a "soul", not the tipical impersonal hotel. Big and spacious room, comfortable bed Good location − Anyway, it's too big, and the service is impersonal. I asked for a "shower" at the end of the check out day, but the hotel did not provide this service (not even in the gym). It's a pity, before leaving or taking a flight, a hotel shower could be a great benefit. the breakfast was featuring a large buffet, but too homogenous day after day

Séjour particulièrement agréable au Montien + L’emplacement de l’hôtel. La chambre et en particulier la literie qui est exceptionnelle, la baignoire, rare dans un hôtel, a été très appréciée. Tous les accessoires. La grande piscine et la salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et complet. Tout a été très appréciable et apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Excellent rapport qualité prix. − Rien. C’était parfait !

+ The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a wonderful signature scent that immediately gives a very positive first impression. Check-in, however, was quite slow. For such a large hotel, having only two people handling arrivals created a considerable wait. The rooms are comfortable but quite basic for a five-star property. There is no proper wardrobe, no bathrobes unless you request them, and generally only the minimum amenities are provided. Even complimentary water was missing from the room, although after calling reception they apologized and brought it quickly. On the positive side, the beds are extremely comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast is advertised as excellent. I would describe it as good, but definitely not excellent for a five-star hotel. The egg station was very good, but the overall selection was fairly basic. There was no smoked salmon and no chicken or turkey ham, fo…

Overall is good but the hotel restaurent need more improvements for the food options and lack if controls for cooking st + Over all its good and clean − - The hotel has not prepared halal food options for chicken and beef etc for muslim people - the pans which were used to cook the pork and non halal food were used again to cook for muslims which is validating the standards … - one of our rooms Electric WC was not working for 4 days with complains and fixed sever time but still not working had to switch us to downgrade room with no refund …

A great stay in a very nice hotel + Great lobby area. Nice outdoor pool with bar. A very nice breakfast which had a good variety on offer. The room had a huge bathroom and amazing shower. − Plug socket in room loose, not screwed onto the wall. Never seen a plug fixed onto the wall with sticky pads before.

Buena ubicación, enfrente de mercadillo nocturno de Patong, y cerca del Centro comercial Central world con sitios para comer súper bien de precio recomendados por Michelin

Lichtelijk teleurstellend + Heel mooi en groot hotel van binnen. Lobby prachtig ingericht. Ontbijtopties geweldig. Zowel aziatische opties (rijst, gewokte groenten, vlees, misosoup) als westerse opties (cornflakes, pannenkoeken, omelet/gebakken ei. Vers fruit beschikbaar. Heerlijk. Koffie (uit de machine) was verrassend lekker van smaak, hahaha. Dit zeg ik als koffiesnob. Leukste man ever is Tikk!! Hij maakte alles zoveel beter :) Weet niet hoeveel hij verdient, maar die man hoort meer te verdienen. Locatie is top!!! ATM, restaurants, massageplekken op loopafstand. − Ik had van tevoren aangegeven bij het boeken dat ik rond 20:00 zou inchecken, maar door een lange vertraging kon ik pas rond 22:00 uur inchecken. Er werd mij toen aangegeven dat ik nog even moest wachten omdat mijn kamer nog klaargemaakt moest worden. Vond dat heel vervelend en niet logisch. Heb uiteindelijk 10-15 min gewacht, dus gelukkig niet zo heel lang, maar vond het al geen goed begin. Alle gemeenschapp…
