+ Grande chambre familiale, belle vue sur la ville , belle piscine, très bon petit déjeuner avec terrasse et vue . près du métro et marché ( taxi nécessaire ) − Les chambres datent un peu mais pas dérangeant. Notre chambre (étage 32)était en dessous de la piscine (étage 33( il y a des bruits de chaises et tables dès le matin et le soir.

Excellent + Exceptional Stay in Bangkok From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by several front-lobby staff members who spoke English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai with ease. The service was exceptional throughout my entire stay, and the staff made sure all of my needs were taken care of. (Thank you Suki❤️) The view from the 30th floor was phenomenal, especially from the corner of the building, overlooking Bangkok. It was truly breathtaking. The 22nd-floor pool was another highlight—a beautiful, relaxing outdoor space that was perfect for unwinding. The service was, by far, exceptional. My bags were delivered promptly to my room, and the housekeeping staff were very respectful of my privacy. They did not disturb me unnecessarily and, whenever I requested service, they thoroughly cleaned and checked the room. The room was comfortable, the staff were professional and attentive, and the Bangkok skyline views were unforgettable. Overall, an exceptional experience. They truly got it …

+ Personal war super freundlich, Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und vom Pool war mega. Man darf, wenn man zu früh ankommt und das Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist, bereits den Pool Bereich und die Duschen vom Gym nutzen! − Frühstück könnte etwas länger als 10.30 Uhr sein und gerne etwas mehr warme vegetarische Auswahl. Wir sind aber als Veganer/Vegetarier auch auf jeden Fall satt geworden. :)

Amazing views, perfect location and wonderful staff + We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed! The location is absolutely perfect — very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. Our room had an amazing view of the city, which was especially beautiful in the evening. One of the highlights of the hotel is the panoramic outdoor swimming pool on the 33rd floor — the views from there are incredible! There is also a fully equipped gym with everything you need for a proper workout. A special thank you to Suki at the reception, who welcomed us with a beautiful smile and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her excellent English was especially appreciated and made everything so much easier for us. All the hotel staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, cozy and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our requests. Good value for money for travelers exploring Bangkok.
