+ Close proximity to transport and how it’s quite centrally located. − The shower drain was clogged a few times during our first couple of days.

Good hotel + Staff is very professional and well trained. Breakfast was perfect and very various every day. − Concerning the room, was ok but apparently some renovation works were made in a very unprofessional way...I mean the bathroom was full of silicone finishes made very badly and not suitable for an Holiday Inn level. If I was the manager I would ask for damages. Even the room looked like it was painted with only rush...it's a pity for an Holiday inn. Room price is a little bit overrated then.

+ Location is great in the heart of siam, very close to metro station. There is a 7-eleven within walking distance which is convenient. The hotel is busy as you would expect it to be in such location but it was clean. There is a laundry room which was handy. Breakfast was good. − There was a smoking smell in the bathroom I think through the vents there which was a bit uncomfortable. It wasn't there in the room though so that was okay.
