Excellent + The location is absolutely fantastic — right across from MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center, yet surprisingly peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. It is the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility, making it incredibly easy to explore Chiang Mai while still having a relaxing place to return to. I was impressed from the very first moment I arrived. The lobby smelled absolutely wonderful, creating a warm, refreshing, and luxurious first impression. Throughout the stay, it was clear that the hotel pays genuine attention to every detail — from the atmosphere and cleanliness to the beautiful design and, most importantly, the exceptional service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a truly complete and memorable hotel experience. What deserves special praise is the Front Office team, whose service was outstanding. + Loved the location, breakfast spread was excellent. Service was great and they even decorated the room for my sister’s birthday − The toilet had a bit of a fish tank effect, which made us feel rather uncomfortable. Room could also benefit from better lighting, but that could be a personal preference. Finally, the bar opposite our room had live music all the way till over midnight so definitely not for early sleepers.
