בקיצור לא מומלץ ולא נחזור. + רק את המיקום לכפר הדייגים. − שירות ברמה נמוכה מאוד. איכות החדרים ירודה. לא מנקים את החדר כמו שצריך ומשאירים כלים מלוכלכים בחדר. יונים בלתי נסבלות בארוחת הבוקר קופצות על שולחנות וארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד. על כרטיס לחדר שלא מצאנו רצו לחייב אותנו.

empfehlenswerter Resort an toller Lage in Bophut + Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit erfrischenden Pools, direkt am Strand. Zimmer sehr schön gehalten, mit grossen Betten, geräumiger Dusche, Balkon usw. Bestes, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, welches wir in all den verschiedensten Resorts in Koh Samui jemals gesehen haben. TOP − Eigentlich nichts - alles gut. Im Vergleich zu Lipa Noi, Chaweng und Lamai ist das Meer in Bophut am wenigsten speziell, da der Boden schneller abfällt und dadurch das Wasser dunkler erscheint.

Never again. + The resort site is very nice and it has great potential, it is conveniently located near the fisherman village and pretty much any service you may need. The breakfast was overall good. − The hotel is poorly managed, the rooms are outdated, and the overall approach to hospitality feels impersonal. You are treated more like a number than a guest. The staff generally seem overworked and unhappy, and the impression we were left with was that guests are perceived more as an inconvenience to deal with than as people to welcome and take care of. We spent three weeks travelling around Thailand, and Bandara was both the most expensive hotel we stayed at and, unfortunately, the least welcoming experience. Perhaps because of the large number of rooms, the hotel relies heavily on an app to mediate communication with guests. Requests are submitted through the app and interactions happen via chat. Ik vind de prijs kwaliteit echt niet in verhouding. Het meest kwalijke vind ik nog dat het als 5 sterren verkocht wordt, + De pool villa’s zijn mooi en voldoen aan de 4 sterren. Personeel is vriendelijk. − Hotel wordt op Booking.com aangeprezen als een 5 sterren resort, maar het heeft maar 4 sterren. Overal hangen bordjes/ briefjes wat je als gast niet mag. Hier heb ik me echt aan geërgerd. Bijvoorbeeld: geen eten op het strand tenzij bij het eigen restaurant besteld. Maar het is echt heel ingewikkeld om vanaf je standbed wat te bestellen. Er is namelijk niemand die rondloopt om te checken of iedereen okay is. De standaard luifel kamers en familie kamers zijn gedateerd. Deuren sluiten niet goed, waardoor er veel muggen naar binnen komen. In de familiekamer hangt een bordje, waarop staat: boete wanneer uw kind in bed plast van 2000 THB (50 euro). Als je een kamer verhuurt als familie kamer met kinder bedden, dan kun je dat echt niet maken. Eten diner is kwalitatief matig. Ontb…

Sans plus, trop cher pour ce que c'est + J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement du Bandara, à Bophut, notamment la proximité de Fisherman’s Village et la possibilité de profiter de la plage et de se promener facilement dans les environs. J’ai également beaucoup aimé le cadre tropical, la plage et l’accès direct à la mer. Avec le beau temps que nous avons eu, c’était vraiment très agréable. − En revanche, j’ai trouvé que l’hôtel en lui-même manquait un peu d’effet “waouh” et de standing par rapport à ce que j’ai payé. J’ai finalement davantage été séduite par Bophut, son ambiance et son emplacement que par l’hôtel lui-même. J’ai toutefois été assez surprise par l’ambiance générale : par moments, j’avais presque l’impression d’être en Israël plutôt qu’en Thaïlande, tant la clientèle israélienne était présente dans l’hôtel.

+ ריזורט מהמם, מתאים למשפחות עם ילדים. סוויטות המשפחה נוחות מאד ומתאימות לזוג עם שלושה ילדים. המקום נקי, במיקום מצוין. נהננו מאד בפעם הראשונה והשניה שם.

מושלם! + הכל! המיקום על החוף, הקירבה לשוק הדייגים, החדרים המרווחים, רמת הניקיון וההשקעה בנראות, פינות הרביצה הנוחות לכל אורך הריזורט וכמובן מסביב לבריכות, הקידס קלאב שמתאים גם לילדים יותר גדולים בני 11-13 בפעילויות ומשחקי השולחן שמציע, ארוחת הבוקר המגוונת, הצוות הנפלא − שהיינו צריכים לעזוב..
