+ L’emplacement et le roof top Scarlet − Besoin de gros travaux de rénovation … les chambres présentaient des meubles à la peinture écaillée, traces d’usure importante sur le sol .. douche passant de chaud à froid en permanence … partir piscine necessite également de la rénovation, meubles rouillés peinture écaillé etc de plus l’hôtel m’a facturé deux fois le prix de la chambre et ne sera en mesure de me rembourser qu’un mois plus tard.. indigne d’un 5 étoile.

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen + Das freundliche Personal, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Der Check in in der Lounge (entsprechend der gebuchten Kategorie). Das gute Angebot in der Lounge, vom Kaffee mit Gebäck bis zur Abend Variante, mit guter Auswahl. Lage ist ebenfalls gut, wenige Minuten bis zum Skytrain, Nähe zum Nachtmarkt. Auch erwähnenswert ist das Restaurant mit 24 Stunden Service neben dem Eingang. Spa in der 4 Etage ist sehr zu empfehlen. − Sowohl am Abend in der Lounge, als auch beim Frühstück in der 2.Etage war es sehr voll. Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit.

RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO DA RIVEDERE + Buona posizione, struttura carina, qualità prezzo così così. − Rooftop piscina bruttino, soltanto al 5 piano quindi niente di che. Non per fare polemica ma un hotel a 5 stelle che non ha le prese vicino al letto non l’ho trovato per niente comodo anzi. Detto ciò si trova di meglio a quel prezzo.

The hotel smells like sewage. Bad attitude. Save your money. + Nothing − I think they have one request when hiring people. You have the worst attitude in the planet great, hop in welcome on board. It’s not on the really bad attitude from everyone Bill boy up till the manager. The whole Hotel is old and crumbly. I think there is a sewage by broke in the lobby bathroom and they’ve never fixed it therefore the lobby smell like sewage at all time. Every time I pass by the lobby, I gag. Save your money stay elsewhere.

Club lounge……well worth it!! + I treated myself to a club room with lounge facilities and this was well worth it. Afternoon tea was very good and the evening cocktail period was excellent, glass refilled regularly and snacks were very good. Breakfast in the lounge was very relaxing, chilled and unhurried. The room was very comfortable, the shower was good and bath robe was super soft. Staff throughout were very attentive and good. − The volume on the TV was limited to a very low level.

+ Muy bonitas las vistas y buena ubicación, pero no considero que esté equilibrada la relación calidad - precio, no es un hotel que realmente consideraría como 5 estrellas, ya que sus instalaciones están deterioradas y no se ve muy cuidado, la verdad que me decepcionó cuando llegué.
