+ The location was top also the big bed an bathroom. I really liled the morning buffet, there was a big selection. − It is visible that the furniture and hotel overall isn't the newest anymore. But for the price it is still good, just doesn't expect a total new hotel. Also the walls weren't that thick so you could here the stuff in the hallway.

צוות מדהים , יש תמורה לכסף + החלק הכי טוב היה הצוות ! כולם שם נהדרים ומוכנים תמיד לעזור , שירותיות ברמה הגבוהה ביותר ! החדרים היו מאוד גדולים ונוחים , המיטה גדולה מאוד ונוחה גם היא יש מסעדות מעולות במלון וגם בר מעולה , אמנם יקרים אבל ברמה מאוד גבוהה , הרגיש שיש במלון הכל מהכל ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת יחסית למזרח − החדרים מעט מיושנים , טלוויזיה עם ערוצים מאוד מוגבלים

good hotel but could be improved + the gym and the location, the executive lounge staff were brilliant − poor quality breakfast

+ Hotel location was convenient and staff was quite helpful. We like the breakfast buffet as well. − Sofas and carpet in room are quite old and smells very bad due to moisture. After staying for 1-2 days in the room, the smell becomes intolerable.

Staff very helpful and a few small improvements could make hotel much better. − It would be nice to be able to pay for one-off entry to exec room for happy hour. Hotel has no business centre, so difficult to work, also none of staff knew how to log in to the lobby computers designated for customer use, so I couldn’t link in my computer in order to print on hotel printer. Impossible to have conversation in Brewski as music too loud and intrusive.
