Slightly dated resort hotel - + Enjoyed the water guns/floaties we could hire. Reception staff were nice Food was decent Cleaners were great Vegetation / gardens were beautiful Management were quick to respond with initial issue − The lady cleaning up the air con breakfast room kept switching off aircon 10 minutes before breakfast finished. Many of us complained but she said it was automatic (it wasn’t as didn’t happen every day) Massage in the hotel was worse I experienced in Thailand (we went daily for a fortnight). Lady made me have an oil massage in room where they do hair things - people could see in through the glass window and they asked me to take clothes off as normal. The bed also wasn’t a massage bed (ones with face hole). Suitable for Thai massage but not oil massage

Very nice place to stay for family holiday + Very nice hotel, the staff is friendly and helpfull. The swimmingpool is excellent for the kids, the rooms were clean and spacious, they gave us a free upgrade to a poolview room. The barman (Moss) was very friendly and made us feel like we had a personal assistent.

+ Красивый отель, отличное место. Очень хороший корпус с выходом в бассейн. − Очень плохо убирали номер, все время забывали мусор выбросить/воду/полотенца. Бассейн не всегда чистый. Бар работает не по расписанию, а по настроению бармена. В прошлом году было идеально - сейчас сильно хуже. Персонал так себе внимательный.

Amazing resort, amazing team, clean, comfortable & a fabulous place to stay. + My room was far bigger than I expected, the bottled water each day was definitly a bonus. Fridge in the room and room service a massive plus!! Poolside service was fantastic and the pool bar a fun place to be. Children should be banned from the swim up bar, it should be an adult only area. Too much splashing and annoyance for an adult area, − More potato options at breakfast would have been good. Didn't steal the fries from the kiddie section but had wedges one day and they were amazing.
