Dix Jours au W Bangkok: Un Rêve! + Effet Waouh assuré dès que vous entrez dans l'hôtel. Tous vos sens sont en eveil: la beauté des lieux, l'odeur, le gout de la boisson complémentaire, la musique jazzy! La nourriture est exquise. Je recommande les petits déjeuners qui sont complets (des spécialités locales Thais, chinoises et indiennnes, ainsi que les options continentales et des patisseries françaises). Les chambres et Salles de Bains: RAS Le plus: Le personnel est incomparable! Vraiment à vos petits soins. − L'hotel est un établissement non-fumeur, mais sur notre etage, quelqu'un fumait à outrance, ce qui a laissé une forte odeur nauséabonde. Dès que nous l'avons signalé, le personnel a pris action en nous proposant une chambre sur un autre étage et a placé des purificateurs d'air dans le couloir de l'étage. Réponse exemplaire, merci!

+ I loved everything - the hotel itself was modern and very clean, big room and all of the staff were superb. I can't remember all of their names but Kevin at front desk, Mango at the bar downstairs, Itchi and Fight at the restaurant were some of the staff names I remember who were all exceptional -but ALL of the staff were extremely welcoming, always willing to help and do their best to make our stay a great one. THANK YOU TEAM W BANGKOK! Best hotel experience ever - truly.
