Everything was beyond our expectations, from the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable room to the excellent service throughout our stay. A special appreciation goes to Four, who truly made our experience extra special. Four was incredibly warm, attentive, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His/Her genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and valued as guests. It’s not often that a staff member leaves such a memorable impression, but Four definitely did. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one. We would absolutely love to come back again! 🤍

My top choice in Bangkok! + Hotel Indigo was the perfect base camp for our trip to Bangkok. The hotel was gorgeous with rich wood and hip details--less stodgy than some more typical "fancy" hotels. The breakfast buffet was a must--I had more passion fruit, langon, papaya, and Thai milk iced tea than anyone should probably have, and I loved it! The shower was luxurious after the hot Bangkok days, and the bed was great. Also had a great time in the beautiful rooftop bar. Best of all was the amazing service, including the lovely hostess at the breakfast buffet, who remembered our drink orders every morning, and Four, who assisted with luggage and taxis. We'll be back!

+ Очень удобное расположение логистически. Хороший район, рядом много кафе, ресторанов и торговых центров. Удобно на такси добираться как в аэропорт и из него, так и до достопримечательностей. Можно много ходить пешком - хороший район вокруг. Открытый бассейн и тренажерный зал - прекрасные. Людей не много. − Кондиционированная территория только внутри номеров. Вся внутренняя часть отеля открыта на все стороны, те нет ни окон не стен. Это не супер критично, но сразу же за дверью номера попадаешь в жару и влажность.

Great hotel. Would definitely stay again. + Property is in a great location. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Provided us with a breakfast box when we mentioned having an early tour booked. Room was very comfortable.

If you don’t care much about the rest enjoy the view + The location is amazing and the views breathtaking if you are on a higher floor. − Well, first of all, and this is personal taste, the design of the hotel is bad. The designer wanted to do a steam punk project but it ended up being a steam punk like if someone explained a first grader what steam punk is and let him do it. A clusterfunk of things and colours with old tv and radio out here and there, but from the 90’s not the 60’s. Room furniture is quirky is a bad way. Then comes the wear of the furniture and things. Quite bad and not taken care of. Toilet: 2 small and old towels for the shower and 2 mini towels for the face. Period. And they even put a sticker to save the environment reusing towels. 1 shower and those postcard stamps are wet like a rag. The worst happens if you decide to have dinner in their revered Char restaurant. We were alone, maybe because late (9:15 pm). I was surprised to see in the menu the Dover sole. …

Wonderful stay + We had a wonderful stay here! The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The views from the rooftop bar were stunning, making it a great spot to unwind. Special thanks to Jame, whose warm and friendly service made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and we would definitely love to return.
