Overall 3‑star guesthouse feeling + Super friendly staff — The team was genuinely kind and tried their best to assist us throughout our stay. − -Elevator not working in our assigned building — When we arrived, the elevator in the building of our room was out of service, and the room was located on the 3rd floor. • No ramp access anywhere in the hotel — Even when elevators work, reaching the buildings requires climbing stairs because there are no ramps. This makes it very difficult for guests with strollers or mobility challenges. • Breakfast quality below 4‑star standards — The breakfast offered was not at the level expected from a 4‑star hotel. • Overall 3‑star guesthouse feeling — The hotel gives more of a 3‑star guesthouse vibe. It can be considered if you find a good price, but at similar rates you can stay at much better hotels in Phi Phi.

Great stay in Phuket ! + Clean. Close to the beach. Good breakfast included . Close to restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly − Lots of stairs to get to my room . Husband has knee issues which I would have mentioned if I knew and would have requested a ground floor

Spatious rooms with great view + A great resort all round. We had a spacious room on an upper floor with a wonderful view over Kata and the sea. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating throughout, the pool area is lovely, and it’s only a short walk down to the beach.

Would recommend this resort ! + Wery clean property in a great location. Excellent pool. Excellent room with small touches like animals made with towels, comfy slippers and glass water bottles. So close to the beach and town! Breakfast was good and dinner buffets were ok. Staff was so helpful. − Lots of stairs!! More competitive pricing on the tours vs outside stalls .

Tavsiye edilir. + Konum iyi, ilgili personel, temiz odalar, fiyat performans oteli − Havuzu hiç kullanmadık ama gayet küçüktü. Havuz kullanırım diye düşünceniz varsa bir daha düşünün pek de hijyenik gelmedi açıkçası. Onun dışında fiyat performans oteli diyebilirim.
