For a 5-star hotel and the price, overall I was disappointed with the standard. + Breakfast and location was good. − Unfortunately, the housekeeping experience fell well below expectations. On two consecutive days, I had to contact hotel services because the small towels had not been replaced after the room was serviced. Having to repeatedly follow up on such a basic housekeeping requirement was disappointing. In addition, the pillows were in very poor condition—extremely flat and uncomfortable—and clearly not at the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. These may seem like small details, but they have a significant impact on the overall guest experience and should be addressed.

Très bon hôtel. + Le personnel est très attentionné et très efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, les salles de bains également les avec baignoires et douches séparées . Le petit déjeuner est de qualité avec un très large choix. − L’attente aux ascenseurs parfois un peu long. Il manque le sèche cheveux dans les chambre (petit détail) et l’eau de la piscine un peu froide.

+ שירות מדהים, חדרים מרווחים, הנוף המשקיף על העיר, נקיון החדרים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה − את הגבלת האפשרויות לעלות לקומה מעל. כל אחד יכול לעלות עד לקומת החדר. כשמגיעה משפחה 16 איש עם ילדים ונכדים זה בעייתי. כי כל אחד ממוקם בקומה אחרת. צריך לבקש בקבלה את האפשרות להוסיף את כל חדרי המשפחה

+ سرعة تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة. سرعة الاستجابة لاي احتياجات. 4 مصاعد تخدم النزلاء مما يسهل الصعود والنزول. المطاعم رائعة .. ومن وجهة نظري كانت الافضل والانظف في بانكوك. − موقع الفندق في قلب العاصمة موقع حيوي ونابض بالحياة وقريب من كل شي تقريباً .. لكن يعيبه الازدحام الشديد فـ اي مشوار قصير 5 دقائق مثلاً ياخذ 30 - 40 دقيقة بالتاكسي مما يسبب الملل والتعب والارهاق لطول فترة الانتظار بالشارع .. وهذا يعتبر اسوء مافي الفندق. حمامات السباحة .. بارده جداً ولا يوجود بها تدفئه .. مما سبب لاطفالي نزلة برد شديدة. اطلالة الغرفة كانت مع الافق وتم دفع الفرق لذلك .. لكن تم اعطائي غرفة ذو اطلالة على انشاءات واعمال ترميم لمشروع كبير. بعض الغرف متهالكة جداً وتحتاج لتجديد .. قمت بتبديل احدى الغرف لكونها قديمة جداً وتم اعطائي غرفة جديدة.
