Pleasant stay at the Bosphorus + Apartments are roomy, well equipped. We received the apartment with the exact requirements we asked for, and they took our notes into consideration. Staffs are professional and nice, and always check up on guests if they need anything. Room was ready when we arrived on time without delays although it is a busy season. Breakfast is delicious with all expected options. − We would appreciate if floor mopping can be better.

I won’t recommend to anyone + Nothing much − Location was bad. Had to wait several minutes because the gate was blocked by another car, the lift is really small can only fit 3 people at 1 time and that’s a struggle, I left my remote and asked for it to be sent to me at my cost, this was never done.

Fantastisch verblijf met prachtig uitzicht op de Bosporus, vriendelijk personeel en een ruim, schoon appartement. Zeker + We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Istanbul. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, precies zoals beschreven. Vanuit het appartement hadden we een prachtig uitzicht op de Bosporus, wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte.Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast werd het appartement dagelijks zorgvuldig schoongemaakt, waardoor alles altijd netjes en verzorgd was.We voelden ons hier meteen thuis en kunnen deze accommodatie dan ook van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die Istanbul bezoekt. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug! − Nvt

Good, established property with many positives + Great location, spacious clean flat. Good service overall. − Only 1 key given , despite us staying 4 people in a 2 bedroom/ 6 bed flat. Every time we were out separately and one of us came to the hotel without the key, we always had to wait -up to 15 mins on one occasion- for housekeeping to bring the extra key. We were told it was for security reasons that there is no second key given to the guests but this makes no sense

Molto buono ma macchiato dal fumo + La colazione era variegata e di buona qualità. I camerieri molto gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento aveva ogni comfort, dal ferro da stiro all’asciugratrice. La posizione ottima vicina al parco Yildiz e ad altre attrazioni − Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento al piano terra e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata penalizzata dalla cattiva gestione degli spazi di pausa del personale. Tutti i lavoratori si radunavano a fumare proprio a ridosso delle nostre finestre, causando un ingresso costante di fumo in casa. Nonostante le nostre ripetute segnalazioni, fatte presente anche a tutela dei nostri due bambini piccoli, la situazione non è mai cambiata. Un cameriere, a cui avevo già chiesto cortesemente di allontanarsi, il giorno seguente era di nuovo sotto la nostra finestra sostenendo di essersene dimenticato. The emails from Booking.com were grouped in my mailbox, so I didn’t realize the mistake at the time. At check-in, the reception staff processed our stay for two apartments, and we stayed there comfortably for four days. At no point did they mention the third reservation. It was only after returning home and checking my credit card statement that I discovered I had been charged for three apartments. We never used the third one. While I understand this was my mistake, I believe the hotel missed a clear opportunity to inform us at check-in, which could have prevented this situation. A guest should not be charged for a service they didn't use when the property had the chance to flag the issue but chose not to. I have since contacted Booking.com, but they have not been responsive.
