+ The beach location is amazing. − The elevator is ALWAYS out. Well. One of them. I’ve stayed multiple times. They can’t seem to get this lined out. And they don’t stick to the posted schedule of events usually.

May never stay at a Hilton again + Breakfast was good . Staff was nice. − 1 elevator working, dirty restroom, was not worth the cost! 400$/ night?? Had to pay to park! Coffee maker didn’t work. My wife say a roach and freaked out!!!

Loved the staff! + All of the staff we encountered were very cordial, kind and upbeat.Breakfast was very good! − Even though the facility is non-smoking, the room smelled like stale cigarettes. If it wasn’t stale cigarettes, it was some other offputting smell. This is the reason I rated ‘Didnt meet expectations’. Minor note we were here for three nights and one of the two elevators was out of service during our stay. Elevator was a minor inconvenience.

HILTON NAME SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS HOTEL 😫 + The staff was very nice, the pool and bar area.entry to the beach ⛱️ was nice. − The Bed was horrible!! I couldn't sleep soundly my body is very sore like I been in a fight. from 1 night 😫 the sink stopped up mold in the tub. We saw a small roach, one elevator was out of order. Had to pay 11.00 fir parking 1 night. I paid 343. for the room one night that definitely wasn't worth it. HILTON NAME SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS HOTEL. I AM SHAMED TO BE A HILTON HONORS MEMBER.

Great! Will likely book this hotel in the future! + I loved that the property was right on the beach, a 5 min walk from my room to the sand! Beds were comfortable, room was fairly clean. The poolside bar is a nice touch. The pool was clean and refreshing! − One of the elevators was out of order, so it made it very slow getting from floor to floor. Especially since we had to share the one elevator with the cleaning staff; they should have their own (it was just too much traffic, I can imagine it made their job more difficult). The building is old; old carpet, walls, and outdated designs.

Terrible and extremely upset the price we paid for this experience. + Absolutely nothing our room was hands down gross. Our toilet ran all night, stains all over the room. They gave us a queen two bed when we paid for a king. They do not do room service and clean your rooms. The elevators were broken. Seriously one of the worst experiences and stays I’ve ever had. Our AC is as broke. − Absolutely nothing. We did not get the room we booked as they did not have any left even though we booked over a month out.
