Gemengde gevoelens: Prachtige locatie, maar communicatie en service schieten tekort bij nood + BaanRai KhunYa Resort ligt op een fantastische locatie direct aan de River Kwai. Het uitzicht is werkelijk geweldig en je geniet hier van een heerlijke rust. Ook het eten was goed verzorgd. Het personeel is op zichzelf vriendelijk en doet hun best, al spreken ze geen of heel slecht Engels. Met handen, voeten en een vertaal-app kom je een heel eind, maar helaas liepen wij op het gebied van communicatie en service tegen een groot minpunt aan. − 's Nachts werd een van onze gezinsleden behoorlijk ziek. Op zo'n moment is er op het resort helaas helemaal niemand bereikbaar: niet via de app, niet telefonisch en er was fysiek niemand te vinden. Pas de volgende ochtend kregen we een berichtje dat ze sliepen, direct gevolgd door de mededeling dat er kosten zaten aan het verschonen van het beddengoed. Dat de kosten in rekening worden gebracht begrijpen we, maar de prioriteit voelde hierdoor erg verkee…

Fantastisch !!! + De locatie en het personeel Ik mag geen gluten eten en ze deden er echt alles aan om mij te helpen. Mijn dochter was jarig en zelfs een taart geregeld na mijn vraag. Alles was fantastisch!

אחלה מלון + לקחנו את החדר לארבעה. הבקתה הייתה מרווחת, אבל החדר של הלינה קצת צפוף ל4. המתחם מדהים ביופי שלו. הבריכות על הנהר מדהימות! הצוות לא ידע אנגלית, אבל עזר בהכל. לקחנו דרך המלון שייט על רפסודת במבוק, והיה מדהים! − החדר היה עם לא מעט נמלים. החדר נמצא בתוך יער, לנו זה היה סבבה, אבל צריך להבין שיש שם לטאות וחרקים. הנסיעה היא בתוך יער של כ10-15 דקות מהכביש הראשי.

Écrin de verdure sur la rivière Kwai + Un cadre merveilleux et très naturel sur la rivière Kwai. Amateurs de birdwatching vous serez ravis. Beaucoup d'oiseaux à observer depuis la terrasse du restaurant ou des chalets. Une équipe très sympa, timide car la langue constitue un obstacle, mais très accueillante et à notre écoute. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au calme.
