Amazing hotel with amazing views! + Stayed for our anniversary only a week into opening - stunning hotel with lovely views from our room! The little goodies were a lovely touch and everyone on site was friendly and the service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back once everything has been finished building! Thank you!

+ This might be a good hotel in six months, but not now. Has partially opened but is charging full price when many amenities are not available yet. No bar, no room service, no restaurant, partial breakfast, only two floors open, heating didn't work properly, TV didn't work properly. Wish I had booked elsewhere.

+ Beautiful hotel but I had an issue with my toilet which I flagged in the morning after my first night. It was meant to be resolved for my return but it was not. I was given another room, but not until I noticed at 9pm. It was inconvenient to have to move at that time even though it was the only option by that point. There was nothing offered by way of apology

+ A great hotel - rooms are clean, modern, and new. Staff great, and a really good rooftop bar with views over Canary Wharf. Easy to get to from Canary Wharf tube, Crossrail, and Boat.

+ Room was just amazing — along with the views! 😍 Staff were so friendly. Did have a slight problem with the bathroom door not closing, then NOT OPENING! I got trapped twice (luckily I wasn’t on my own) I did let the staff know. Overall a lovely hotel and location.
