Calme et confort + Emplacement au top, dans une rue assez calme. Litterie confortable, avec des draps très doux. Lê, prête à rendre service, elle a gardé nos gros sacs pendant notre sejour à Sapa. Arrivée et départ autonome. − Manque un tapis de douche. Propreté acceptable même si ça aurait pu être mieux.

+ Everything was perfect, the room was cleaned, and everything inside was working properly. The bed was big and comfortable, air-conditioning working perfectly, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, and the owner helped through the entire stay. Great position, close to everything you need, and the street is not crowded or noisy during the night. I would definitely stay again in here if I have the chance.

+ Staff was available and helpful. The room was overall ok. − The room was too dark. On the pictures the room seemed to have a very bright window, but the room was actually very dark, way too dark, because another building was 1 meter away from the window, blocking all natural light.
