Very rude experience by staff Sunil − According to the details on Booking.com, the booking included free breakfast. However, upon our arrival, the hotel agent, Mr. Sunil, informed us that breakfast was not included. When I showed him the booking confirmation, he refused to acknowledge it and handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional manner.

+ From what I understand this is a pretty typical level of hotel for this area, but not what I am used to in the US. When I arrived it seemed that the room hadn’t been cleaned but when I asked they cleaned it better. The staff couldn’t have been more gracious and hospitable.
