Luxurious accommodation in lovely rural eastern Ontario + This is a large comfortable and immaculate property on the edge of a cute little Ontario village. Our room and en suite bath were well appointed. Friendly hostess and great breakfast, Would highly recommend. − N/A

Fantastic B&B! + Location and breakfast on Day 2. The hostess is also lovely. − It seemed odd that our room did not have a key to lock the door when we were out. The hostess did reassure us, explaining that there hasn't been an issue in over 2 decades, but we would've felt more comfortable being able to lock the room given that guests in other rooms beside ours come and go.

The stay was very comfortable, it was very clean, the lady was really friendly and kind and the breakfast was very delicious. Regrettably, an entire waste of money at its rate/night. Compensation in order. + Breakfast was not edible - canned fruit salad that looked & smelt like a tin, awful tasting hash browns & coffee that curdled. Terrible. − Apparent & identifiable bed bugs infestation in bed. Mentioned to host that we scratched a lot in bed but the comment was dismissed by host quickly. Unacceptable. Had to sleep in camp chairs & lounge chair second night to avoid bed. Again - unacceptable.

+ Annette was a wonderful hostess. King room bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The inclusive breakfast was very good. The only negatives were the very dangerous and steep stairs going up and down the stairs. Not ideal if you have heavy bags or are nervous of falling down them or if you were a senior.
