+ The room we stayed at this boutique hotel is very nice. Hotel location is very convenient. Close to restaurants, bars and malecon is just a walking distance. Highly recomend!

Exceptional + Friendly, helpful staff. The room was exactly as expected based on photos–spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. Excellent location–the street and property were really quiet. There's a nice little cafe around the corner. I also liked that there were multiple ways to access the restaurants and shops in the neighborhood below. The wifi worked really well, generally (other than briefly one morning). − An electric kettle to heat up hot water for tea would be great. The ceiling fan was generally great, but one night it got really loud on whatever speed it was on and woke me up. A little basket for used towels, etc. would be great (it could easily fit under the bed).

Superb + Great Location! The hotel was close to the beach (About a 5 minute walk) but overall in a quiet spot. The staff was so friendly and we got great massages on site! Th dipping pool was lovely and a great place to cool off at the end of the day. − There was some construction going on on the floor above us. They were good and tried to do it in the afternoon when most people where out but it was loud and we left the building to avoid it.

+ This small property is nested between a few upscale buildings. The room was cute and clean, and patio area very eclectic, with colorful murals. The free breakfast offered fresh fruit. I will stay again in the future.

Nice but noisy + Nicely decorated rooms and a very comfortable room − Breakfast was fairly basic and in the beginning they had a nice fruit platter but afterwards only a few apples. The noise of the construction and the noise of the barking dogs from the dog clinic next door made it very hard to enjoy the place. The management made a price reduction but nevertheless I would probably not staying there again. liked the place and people there but ….

Lovely stay in a quiet spot that was close to everything! + It was beautiful with a rustic charm. Townhome was very spacious! Massage was wonderful! − Getting up all of the steps after a long day!!

+ The property grounds was excellent, keyless entry, awesome hotel intro and helpful staff with directions and recommendations, excellent room choice. Room amenities were plenty, beautiful patio backdrop overlooking the pool, HVAC worked great, property located up on a hill with a lot of stairs to climb, which we tackled early during our visit til we started hitting the bars late night coming back exhausted, and wondered whyyyyyyyy lol. If you can’t walk the steps after you party in heat like we did in June there is a funicular avai til the evening 9 or 10pm, otherwise take your time with stairs after hours, it’s part of experience. The property is worth it, near the beach, restaurants, shopping, bars, near a taxi stand as well. Loved the place and would visit again and again.

+ It was perfect, just what I wanted/needed, something relaxing, clean, quaint and funky, absolutely charming. I forgot my hat when taken the shuttle and the driver returned it to the hotel, and I was able to pick up the next day. I hope I can return soon. Thank you ♥️🙏

+ Absolutely perfect couldn’t ask for more ! Rooms are so cute, clean, and staff are friendly. Good ac. 5 minute walk to the beach, it is in a steep hill but there is a tramway working all day for you to use for free. There is an Oxxo and pharmacy up the hill. Walking distance from several restaurants will definitely be staying here again !

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and welcoming staff, the stylish and comfortable rooms, and the fantastic location — right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, close to all the best restaurants, bars, and the beach. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. You can tell there’s great attention to detail and guest comfort. The bed was super comfy, the A/C worked perfectly, and we felt at home the entire time. What really makes ZonaZ stand out is the hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Honestly, it’s a solid 10 out of 10 — we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!
