Amazing stay at Paphos! + Everything was just amazing! Location is close to the center of Paphos promenade, to the sea. Apartment exceeded my expectations. It was really roomy, big and very bright(on the sunny side). Very big and confty balcony. Hosts were helpful! − Everything was just amazing. Price and location ideally matches!

Stay of 16 nights was acceptable + Location Good, convenient for driving to local facilities. Nice view from 2nd floor balcony. − Bed was uncomfortable, Toaster did not work. Washing machine complex, no English Instructions. Curtains to main windows were not fitted correctly.

Pleasant + Although not luxury it had everything we needed for our stay − Had a lot of trouble opening and closing the patio door Out door pool was lovely but could have done with allocated sunbeds as not really anywhere to sit

Bad + The location − They charged us extra for the electricity and the internet.The extra charge of the electricity was not mentioned anywhere before we book the apartment, which is unacceptable .They informed us via message only a few days before we arrive and we couldn't cancel it because we already paid.

Comfortable apartment within walking distance of the seafront. + Lovely, bright, quiet apartment. Well equipped. We particularly liked the layout with inner courtyard and pool. − The surrounding area/walk to beach is not great. The bed is rather creaky.

It is a SCAM, be careful!! + The Paradise Garden apartment complex is beautiful - not talking about the apartment itself. − The host of this individual apartment is a nightmare. Let’s just say—not a local Cypriot host. There were no useful directions for getting in upon arrival, no hot water for 3 days (we were traveling with a child), broken furniture, a broken stove, one AC unit that didn’t turn on properly, and the other AC unit was leaking water. You even have to buy your own toilet paper, as very basic amenities were not provided. At the end of our stay, the “not local” family showed up at our door and tried to overcharge us 4-5 times for the electricity bill (while refusing to provide any transparency in the calculation). The apartment was in much worse condition than shown in the listing photos. The bed was small—only 140 cm wide—placed on a wooden frame with a poor-quality mattress. In the living room, there were no proper shades, so it was difficult to sleep after 6 a.…

Would NOT recommend + Location was great − On arrival after midnight we opened the door and theres a fish odour so we opened the patio doors and put the fans on.At first glance is very basic but will do but then I had a better look😲 Its not the cleanest!! Bedding is clean so at least we can sleep but first i had to take the bulb out the ceiling fan as no string to turn light off only one for the fan. We have a bedside lamp with no back on the plug so we wont be using that!!Grubby fridge & cooker. Toaster full of burnt crumbs Drainer at the sink slimey & smelly so before bed i had to clean these. The canopy outside on the veranda is tied together so that it cant be open to provide shade. Next day the A/C in living area starting leaking water all down the wall & floor so messaged owner.Told it will be fixed on Wed.....we were getting married on Wed so had to go elsewhere to get ready as it was too hot,we are now on Sat and A/C still not working in living area! DO NOT BOOK THIS FLAT! + Not much − The wifi did not work. There are lots of feral cats who try to enter the flat to look for food. There was a broken extractor fan in the bathroom which made a loud noise all day and all night. It was impossible to sleep in the flat. I slept on the balcony! The landlady was not even in Cyprus! She said that she would send someone round to fix the fan, but that did not happen. When I tried to get in touch with the landlady to ask for my money back, she ignored my calls and my text messages. DO NOT STAY IN THIS FLAT! IT IS NOT PARADISE! IT IS HELL!

+ It’s a good accommodation if you’re not too picky. The kitchen is very well equipped: toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cooking pot, frying pan and all necessary utensils, stovetop, oven, washing machine, and refrigerator. The apartment is nice, with one bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. There are two air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Bed linens, pillows, cushions, and towels are provided. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. You also have access to the pool, which is clean and has warm water.The owners were very kind and communicative whenever we needed anything. − Something worth mentioning is that electricity is paid separately based on how much you consume, with a €100 deposit required upon arrival. One downside to be aware of is that the beach is about a 25-minute walk away.

Szkoda nerwów są lepsze miejscówki + Lokalizacja, na terenie obiektu jest basen , pralka w mieszkaniu − Zdecydowanie nie polecam -do ceny trzeba doliczyć koszt zużycia prądu o jakim nigdzie nie ma informacji( zapłaciliśmy ekstra 77 euro), oczywiście wszystko na prąd ogrzewanie oraz woda, mieszkanie zakurzone, łóżko skrzypi, pościel musiałam sobie sama ubrać. Na dzień dobry nie szło otworzyć bramy -dostaliśmy złe dane, w skrzynce na kluczyk brak kluczyka -musieliśmy czekać na dostarczenie … klimatyzacja stara zagrzybiala. Proponuję zastanowić się przed dokonaniem rezerwacji -szkoda nerwów
