Great stay! + Great service and communication! The staff were amazing − The aircon was slightly slow and didnt cool the room enough but it was EXTREMELY hot so it’s understandable

Razoável + Espaço do quarto − Ar condicionado não funcionava, passamos muito calor, pedimos para trocar de quarto ou ventilador e nada foi feito, a recepção nada fez para ajudar, foi pessima a experiência!!

Ótima! Porém o ar condicionado poderia gelar mais + O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo, o café da manhã servido na varanda estava maravilhoso, o quarto bastante espaçoso, as cortesias do banheiro da carthusia eram muito cheirosas e o próprio quarto também estava com um cheiro muito bom! − O ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto o suficiente para ficar confortável, mesmo com todas as portas e janelas fechadas, percebe - se que é uma instalação antiga mas poderiam fazer alguma manutenção no ar condicionado Devido ao calor do verão e ao ar condicionado não esfriar muito bem, não consegui dormir direito.

We loved everything about our room, the restaurant, the breakfast, and most of the staff! Highly recommend this room + The location, the uniqueness and character and spaciousness of the room. The young male at the front desk was extremely kind and the restaurant staff. − Only complaint was that I felt the price for getting our bags and a taxi to the ferry station was upcharging a necessity every tourist has. We ended up walking our own bags to the taxi station due to the price they were charging - which was a bit stressful and dangerous for us, but we felt it was an impossible situation. The total for us to get a taxi down to the ferry station (10 minutes or less) with our bags (4 total because of our wedding) would have been almost 200€ because they charge you per bag along with the ride. I don’t know what someone that is elderly and couldn’t afford it would do in this situation. When we walked to the taxi station with all our luggage, it ended up costing us 30€. One other thing is w…

Good location but disappointing customer service + La ubicación. − Very disappointing experience. The water suddenly stopped running while my friend was in the shower, already with shampoo in her hair. We tried several times to contact the hotel, including by phone, but received no response. When we finally managed to speak with someone, the only option they gave us was to wait another 1–2 hours for the water to return (the hotel did not inform us in advance that the water supply would be interrupted due to maintenance work on the pipes), even though it was already time for us to check out. No alternative, compensation, or real solution was offered at the moment, they just said: wait for 2 hours. Being unable to shower or even use basic facilities before check-out, with no prior warning and no assistance from the hotel, was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Un merveilleux séjour + Personnel au top avec de bons conseils de visites, emplacement proche du centre mais calme. Chambre propre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, super lit kingsize , les petits plus avec les produits de douche de qualité et l’eau fraîche ont été très apprécié. Et le petit dej est très copieux, varié et excellent. Je recommande sans hésiter

À eviter, direction de mauvaise foi ne pensant qu a son argent, loin du charme vanté et de hospitalité affichée vu le pr + loin des photographies idylliques − À éviter !!! de mauvaise foi, la direction nous a planté une heure sous un soleil de plomb avec ma mère de 74ans ne répondant pas au téléphone pourtant indiqué sur booking quand j ai tenté de les appeler à plusieurs reprise pour prévenir qu il n y avait personne à l'adresse indiquée sur booking ( en fait la villa que vous partager avec 4 autres chambres se trouve en dehors de l'hôtel a une autre adresse). Aucun geste commercial digne, un simple verre d'eau pour ma mère âgée et pour toute excuse leur téléphone était défectueux, il a fallu que je prouve qu il ne fonctionnait pas devant le directeur !!!! N ayant pas internet sur l'île, impossible de leur écrire un message ou de recevoir un message. Bref très mauvaise expérience. on devait nous offrir un restau mais non finalement. + כדי לאכול ארוחת בוקר צריך להגיע למלון אחר שנמצא כמה דקות מהוילה ואם אתם רוצים הם כן נותנים אופציה לאכול מהמרפסת בחדר אבל אז יביאו לכם פחות מהאוכל ולא כל האוכל שיש במלון השני − היה כוורת של דבורים שהייתה בכניסה של הוילה והמארחת אמרה שאין מה לעשות אני אלרגית והייתי צריכה לעבור שם כל פעם בפחד בנוסף המזגן בחדר לא באמת מקרר זה מזגן ממש ישן כנראה שיוצא מהקיר כזה לא מזגן רגיל
