Very friendly and comfortable hotel in the Vieux Port. + Location is great. Staff are really excellent. Very comfortable bed and good shower and toiletries. − Only stayed one night whilst passing through so didn't get the full experience. But would come back!

Perfect way to experience Montreal! + Beautiful lobby,rooms comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for walking and close to everything in Old Montreal . Numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Restaurant was excellent. The staff was exceptional, did everything they could to help and make the visit memorable. − Nothing

This is a decent hotel, be careful about which room you book. Probably best to call the hotel 1st. + The staff were very friendly and very efficient. The valet parking and check in were particularly well organized. The room we were given was not acceptable however. It smelled like smoke and was very small, awkwardly laid out and definitely not what we expected when deciding to pay for the more expensive Deluxe King Room, which was quite expensive. We immediately let the staff know and we were moved to a much better room. All to say, everything was resolved and we had a positive experience. − The mix up with our room was a drag (especially as we’d driven for 6 hours and were exhausted), but the fact that they quickly resolved it (gave us a considerably better room), was a plus. The only other thing worth pointing out is the noise level isn’t good, primarily from outside on the street. A lot of nighttime construction, trains, etc.

Hotel centrally located, close to the water. Charming style + The location. The kindness and welcoming of the personnel. The opportunity to have 3 different restaurants all good and all different in style and menu offer. − The rooms are pretty small and cleanness is not their point of strength. They can do better!

Auberge review + The front desk staff were great. Had delicious breakfast in the Pince a Homard restaurant and cocktails and snacks in the rooftop terrace which was very nice. − The room seemed rather small for a "signature" room and didn't feature a sitting area like in the photos. Also I think it's a bit misleading to state that it has a riverfront view when it is on the first floor. There was a minor issue with the bill from the terrace which included several items we didn't order but the waiter realized the mistake, corrected it and removed one of the items we did order to make up for any inconvenience.

Loved the ambience of the hotel and the great location. + The building is an ancient warehouse or factory completely updated but without ruining the charming stone and brick walls. Very clean and excellent showers in the bathroom. It’s right in old port but very quiet . Blaise at the desk and all the staff in both restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at both restaurants is great too . − Elevator is a bit slow

This hotel is unique, each room representing a Portuguese author. Every detail is lovely. But the highlight is the staf + Extraordinary property. Beautiful − We loved everything
