An amazing team and a great hotel - highly recommend! + Stanislav D., the Guest Relations Manager, and the entire Loden Hotel Team were a pleasure to deal with! They care, and made us feel comfortable during our stay. From a smooth check in, help with the luggage, to a number of local suggestions (bicycle tour, food tour, restaurants, walking-map-directions), etc. until we checked out, all our interactions were super nice.
