un bon hôtel pas très cher aux portes de paris + hotel à deux pas du métro, bien accueilli, chambre agréable, très propre, literie confortable. Niveau sonorisation c'est pas exceptionnel , mais si les gens étaient plus respecteux ils feraient moins de bruit le soir, tard... A noter une légère odeur de renfermée et d'humidité dans la salle de bain.

a éviter + etablissement bruyant les locataires ne respecte pas les consignes de silence apres 22h la construction de l'immeuble répércute tous les bruits a déconseillé pour ceux qui cherche le calme

パリ滞在 + レセプションの対応が優しく親切で、とてもフレンドリーで良かった。 立地も駅近で便利。 エレベーターが無いので、スーツケースなど荷物が多いと大変かもしれません。 ベットシーツやバスタオル交換がされていない日があったのと、ドアの鍵の調子があまり良くなかったので改善して頂けると嬉しいです。

+ Decent, cheap place to stay for just sleeping one night. Not very clean - mulptiple ingrown stains on the bedcover, and the floor on the p bathroom had clearly not been benumbed. in the morning there were many ants on the floor. Very nice staff in the reception though.

+ The convenience of the proximity to the metro, the cleanliness of the room, and the very comfortable bed all more than made up for the amount of construction happening all over the nearest major intersection. I had a lovely stay, would absolutely stay here again.

Bon lit : j'ai bien dormi ! + Accueil très poli et chaleureux. Surclassement d'un lit simple à un lit double. Bonne literie. Les points négatifs : salle de douche minuscule avec genoux qui touchent le mur quand on est aux toilettes. Odeurs émanant de la salle de douche. Et on entend fort les gens qui parlent dans le couloir à minuit.

+ There is construction around the hotel and there is no restaurant or bar open. Also the breakfast was not included in the cost of the room (which I did not know when I booked this). I do not know if the breakfast was good or not as I did not think it would be worth the additional cost.
