+ This Ryokan was a very special place. We had a room overlooking the trees at the back which was lovely. The room was huge and the tatami mats were beautiful. It had plenty of storage and we were very comfortable. The beds were made up every night and you slept on a thin futon on the floor. We doubled up the futons and found it very comfortable. The food at the Ryokan was very good, with some excellent dishes. It was a traditional Japanese dinner and the staff explained everything, we were even given a sheet with the information about all the dishes and the order in which to enjoy them. We stayed at the hotel for four nights and the dinners were never identical. They also were flexible and helpful with my dietary preferences. I just needed to tell them what I wanted the day before. The staff were just incredible. They were so polite, professional and helpful. On arrival, Taka gave us a map and suggested places to visit and things to do. Séjour incroyable. A refaire + Merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et les repas sont incroyables. Nous avons également apprécié les bains de cet hôtel ( extérieurs et intérieurs). Tout était parfait.

+ Staff molto disponibile, pronti a dare supporto nell'organizzazione degli spostamenti e anche nella scelta dei trekking. Staff davvero al top. Buona cena e colazione, ovviamente in stile autentico giapponese. Onsen bellissimo.

Ich würde auf alle Fälle wieder kommen + Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Wir waren dort 2 Nächte zu fünft als Familie in einem Zimmer. Durch die vielen öffentlichen Bereiche wie die Lounge und die Onsen konnte man sich gut zurückziehen. Es liegt sehr nahe am Kumano Kudo (10min zu Fuß) den man gut in einem Tag bis Hongu Teisha wandern kann − Einige Bereiche beim Onsen und die Bäder waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sehr sauber

Magnifique pension, parfaite pour une randonnée sur le Kumano Kodo ! + Nous avons tout apprécié lors de notre séjour ! Le personnel est très accueillant, très professionnel ! Ils ont tout fait pour nous faire plaisir. Nous avons également très bien mangé, le Onsen est très beau et de belle taille. L’hôtel est situé à 10 minutes à pied du départ d’une très belle randonnée sur le Kumano Kodo ! Nous avons fait une boucle de 20 km, c’était splendide. Si vous souhaitez faire un parcours plus court, des bus vous amènent à d’autres départs ! − Rien.
