Great place for a vacation + Great place for a vacation with a private pool, the staff /manager was extra helpful. − There were insects everywhere looking for food so must discard them as soon as you finish eating.

+ The location and the outside architecture. The staff member who welcomed us was absolutely amazing, helpful and very friendly and polite! − The house does not have coffee machine!!! Which is a big discomfort for the majority of guests for sure. Also there’s a water issue that when trying to have a shower you need to turn on and off the water so the pump actually starts running. Also the living room decoration we found it quite cold: there’s no comfortable couch in living room where you can seat and enjoy a movie…

+ Everything was wonderful. Villa itself looks just like the photos - spacious and clean. Breakfast that was included in pricing also exceeded our expectations. The villa staff were the most wonderful - communicative, friendly, and always anticipated what we needed. Location is also great, walkable to so many good eateries and shops. − Everything was great, though it would be great if the villa comes with a coffee maker. Not a big inconvenience as there are many nice coffee spots within 5min walking distance.

Peaceful villa + Staff were wonderful, everyone from Wassiwa to the security and even Molly 🐶 They helped with all of our requests and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. − This was our first visit to Canngu, so we assumed that all of the hot restaurants we had planned to visit (Skool, Yuki, Masonry) were on this side of our town, but they’re on the other side. But this was fine as the Gojek (uber) was $5aud each way

+ We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and relaxing villa, the private pool and lush greenery make this such a lovely sanctuary which feels very private. The Villa is well located if you are looking to have nice restaurants in walking distance and out of the intensity of night life in other parts of Canggu. The daily breakfast options were also better than some local cafes. The staff were very warm and accommodating. We were particularly grateful as my husband became unwell on our final night, the staff were responsive and accommodating with last minute changes to our stay and airport transfer. − Minimal our stay was great. We did note a few bathroom and kitchen amenities were stocked a little lightly so we had to request restock a few times. If booking for a longer stay it might be ideal for these to be stocked in the villa. However staff were contactable to replenish items as needed.

Quiet, very clean and well-located villa with excellent service from Wiswa and his team. + The villa is very well located — set at the end of a small lane, which makes it extremely quiet, yet only a few seconds away from a main road. This gives you the perfect balance between calm and easy access to everything. Cleanliness was excellent, even by high standards. Bathrooms, especially the shower areas and joints, were perfectly maintained, which is usually a strong indicator of overall hygiene. The comfort was also great: very good bedding and surprisingly strong water pressure, which is not always the case in Bali. A special mention to Wiswa and his team, who were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. Even with a late arrival, everything was handled smoothly — the security staff welcomed us, showed us the villa, and helped with the luggage. The overall service was truly appreciated. Fabulous place to stay in Pererenan! + Villa #5 is an immaculate, spacious villa with comfortable furnishings and great attention to detail, especially the artworks! All the staff were friendly, responsive and helpful and we felt really safe. The villa was quiet despite the central location with fabulous cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was the fabulous reviews from previous guests that helped us in our decision to book Pulang Villas and we’re so glad we did!

Also im großen und ganzen tolle villa super lage aber alles andere ist sehr verbesserungwürdig + Die Villa war wirklich wunderschön . Super Lage . − Aber Frühstück war den Preis nicht wert. Eine Tasse kaffee und ein Gericht das man am Abend zuvor aussuchen musste. Kein Obst nix. Gibts auch nur zwischen 9 Uhr und 11 Uhr . am Auschecktag der vor 9 Uhr war zwecks des Rückfluges bekam man also gar nichts nicht mal Kaffee. Wir sind dann nur noch raus zum frühstücken. Aber so hätte man sich das Geld sparen können. Das Management ist auch nicht wirklich bemüht hat unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen . Pool wurde nach mehrmaligen auffordern erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt. Immer wieder ausreden sehr schade . Aber Eigentümer ist auch nicht vorort sondern nur Personal.

Heart of The city + In The heart of Pererenan- close to Echo Beach, gym , shops and restaurants! A very friendly personel ! Just great. Nothing to add here! − I would consider adding sunbeds by the pool and filter with water. But thats just a small advice ☺️
