Great & Highly Recommend + We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta ES Suites Andover Boston for our wedding weekend! We selected this hotel through a wedding concierge service, and it was a fantastic choice. The wedding staff was extremely pleasant, professional, and attentive with all of our event requests. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, which gave us plenty of room to get ready for the big day. On top of that, the breakfast options were easily the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! My only minor feedback is that it would be helpful to have hooks on the doors or walls to hang dresses and formal wear. Overall, this location was a wonderful place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!

+ Good location, good set up with the extra hide a bed . Breakfasts were OK − The telephone did not work, half of the electrical outlets did not work. How can you provide dishes with no dish soap, sponges or dish towels, The hide a bed opens up touching the wall and furniture. Better placement is needed.

Poorly trained staff leads to bad experience + There was good space in the room − We had a bad experience when steam from a regular shower set off the fire alarm on our room. There's apparently no exhaust fan in the bathroom or maybe the alarms are too sensitive, but regardless the person at the desk should have turned off the alarm once it was determined to be a nuisance. Unfortunately, that's not what happened. The alarm kept going off for nearly 45 minutes despite me going to ask the man to turn off the alarm multiple times. Apparently he had no idea what he was doing, so he ended up calling the fire department to come out! Meanwhile, other guests are coming out of their rooms concerned to see if there's an actual emergency. I couldn't believe how badly the situation was handled. We have stayed in another Sonesta and had a good experience, but this one was not good. They were not able to comp the price of the room due to using a third party booking service, adding insult to injury.

Nice place Good location right off highway. Friendly desk staff + Good location to where we were going . Room was perfect for our family. − No Ice machine . Pool and breakfast closed a bit early Couldnt get enough clean towels for the four of us

+ It was comfortable and I liked the proximity to Canobie Lake Park. Also the black out curtains were amazing if you like to sleep in a little. − During our stay we were interrupted a few times by workers (non hotel employees) wanting to come in our rooms and change the sprinkler system. I expect privacy if I'm staying in a hotel.
