Les photos ne sont plus du tout contractuelle, on a été surpris de voir en arrivant à l’hôtel que le rez de chaussée éta − Humidité dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Les photos ne sont plus du jour.

Comfortable , convenient and value for money + It was open until late. You can still do shopping as it’s ground floor is a mart selling all sorts of souvenirs, bags, clothing etc. washing machine and dryer provided on 7th floor, customer service was helpful and efficient , right in the heart of Sapa central - great place to enjoy night life − The apartment rooms felt damp due to weather, mold and lack of ventilation. The kitchen sink could have been cleaned better.. breakfast included means cook yr own as eggs, bread,instant noodles provided

Good for one night,and misleading pictures + Location was great, right in the centre of everything. Staff were friendly and helped us check in very late at night, overall the room was very clean and had good facilities. − As other reviews have stated, this is based in a shop. It’s extremely loud, with sounds from reception and other floors coming up the stairs all hours. Bed was extremely hard with weird lumps in it, and creaked a lot. There were no windows either, and the photo on booking.com of the nice view is actually from the restaurant. We also paid for laundry here which came back all screwed up so all our clothes were really creased. This was also the most we paid for laundry in Vietnam!

+ It was huge and right in slcenter of Sapa. Comfortable − Entrance is through the shop. So if the shop is closed you need to ring bell and wait till someone answers.

+ للامانه المكان ممتاز بالذات لنا كسعوديين او خليجين والشقه واسعه جدا وكبيره وتسع ل 8 اشخاص بالراحه − اخذت مني 3 بالميه لاني دفعت بالبطاقه ولكن بينت لها اني غير سعيد بذلك بعدها رجعت لي المبلغ كاش وهذا انا اعتبره لعب بحق الزبون حيث ان بوكنج لم ينص على ذلك

Mixed feelings on this property. + The property location was fantastic. The apartment was very spacious. − Entry to the apartments combined with a shop was interesting. To get to the master bedroom you had to go through the rock garden. In the second bedroom / bathroom there was an extra area where fake plants had been put on the floor and there were 2 used razors left there. Was not aware there was no housekeeping for our stay. We also had some problems with our key cards working as there was a loose wire in the mechanism- this took a while to get fixed and then one of the staff came to our room in her pyjamas at 20:45 to check on it.
