Very spacious apartament with beautiful views to the city + The living room is very spacious and bright, though blackout curtains are available if you need to block out the light at night. A nice bonus is the covered balcony, which is great for smokers. − I couldn't find any real drawbacks — the only thing worth mentioning is that the street outside was quite windy during our stay, which caused the balcony windows to rattle throughout the night and made sleeping a little difficult at times.
