I was satisfied, location is a bit nosy outside, but it’s not disturbing you when you inside. The 24/7 atm is very c + It looks like a palace, doors in rooms are amazing. − They don’t have a lift, but it’s ok

+ Posizione ottima, centrale per raggiungere altre parti di Delhi più o meno facilmente traffico permettendo, strada un po’ stretta per il taxi ma ci arrivano comunque. La colazione a buffet ben fornita. Staff gentile e pronto a intervenire in caso di necessità. − Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è buono, abbiamo speso “troppo” - tenendo in considerazione i prezzi che solitamente si trovano in India - per quello che abbiamo ricevuto.

Rooms not cleaned and water bottles not given. - Bathroom cleanliness was mediocre and limescale everywhere - Hand soap was empty and never replenished. - AC was only functioning on the first day and then cut off - The photos are not accurate.. there's no fountain

We enjoyed the stay + The breakfast is average and doesn’t offer much variety. However, lunch and dinner are much better when we order the food and they meet expectations. The tea and coffee are also good. There are plenty of rooms, so the entire property needs a thorough water wash and deep cleaning. Many corners and steps have visible stains and accumulated dust, which makes the common areas look less maintained. On the positive side, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the toilets in particular are very well maintained. − Only dust and less maintenance around the area and the premises.
