+ Superbe établissement bien entretenu. Le spa était vraiment appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très riche, varié et complet. Le personnel est arrangeant et à l’écoute.

Cat ba + Die und die Aussicht sind super. Schöner Garten, gute Pools − Die Reinigung im Zimmer war echt nicht gut, gerade das Bad für 5 Sterne echt schlecht. Frühstück könne etwas mehr vegetarische Dinge beinhalten.

Prima hotel. Grote plus: buiten de (bouw)drukte + Dit hotel ligt heerlijk buiten de drukte (er wordt veel gebouwd) maar toch dichtbij het stadje.

Super séjour, très bel hôtel tout était parfait le personnel adorable… + Superbe établissement au calme, nous entendions la mer de notre lit… Deux piscines au top, bonne literie chambre impeccable vue sur la mer et les îlot ... Petit déjeuner varié, un spa était également compris dans le prix de notre chambre avec accès à une petite piscine d'eau chaude et un sauna, bienvenue puisque notre dernier jour il ne faisait pas très chaud il pleuvait😊

Relaxing and ideally located for experiencing Lan Ha and Ha Long bay and exploring the island. + A great location for Cat Ba town which is in its own little bay - a lovely location for a hotel with two great pools and two swimming beaches within a short walk. The restaurant food was great and reasonable value as well. − All was good with the staff food facilities and location. Some of the reviews include complaints about handing over passports and security - the security staff were friendly and did their jobs from our perspective and it was no big deal handing over the passports - when we needed them to book flights we got them back - no issues. Nothing we didn’t like about staying in this hotel.

Great Rooms, food and amazing views + Lovely room. Restaurant food lovely Nice pools. Great waterslide. When we arrived we felt like we were in a theme park. Bright colours. Busy. But we came to love it. Great walk around the coastline as well. − A bit of a walk up a hill to get there as taxis can’t always get street access. Not a great fan of wearing a wristband for duration of stay.

Great for a stay at the island + Great location, great spa. Super helpful boss, thanks so much − Gym might be a bit rusty, quite an old equipment. But good enough to hit a workout
