far away of a 5-star-hotel + We were told in the afternoon that roomservice will be ok for the dinner as th restaurant was closed. But at 9Pm the housekeeper came saying that it was closed; We had to go out and buy prepared food at "Daily Monop" to eat someting. Askef for a glass of wine. "No" for answer again. Not even try to serve someting for our breakfast.... Nothing about this stay was as it should have been. Just unbeleivable

+ Hotel is clean, staff is very nice. However the AC is our room was not working during our whole stay and they did not do anything about it.

+ The room was affordable yet spacious, we also could not hear other guests in the rooms around. The staff really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

Great Hotel for Family Vacation + A wonderful property with plenty of space for our family of six. It is also a central location near the Arc de Triumph that made everything walkable or easy access to the trains. We utilized the swimming pool, steam room and the daily breakfast buffet which was wonderful. The concierge was extremely helpful and would recommend this property to all my family and friends. I will be back to this property.

+ Nice stay with family at this hotel. Very nice big room. Kids also enjoyed the pool given it was a really hot day. 10 min walk to Arc de triumph. Champagne bottle in the room was nice touch.
