+ Lo staff al mio arrivo è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Il fatto che il “ giardino interno” fosse recintato e chiuso da un cancello dava un senso di sicurezza e pulizia. Camera pulita. − Colazione un po’ scarsa, di salato c’era solo l’uovo sodo. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema con lo scarico del water e ho trovato il bagno allagato ( non di acqua cristallina di fonte!!!). Ho chiamato subito la reception che ha mandato il manutentore. Di mia iniziativa ho cercato le signore delle pulizie e ho chiesto di darmi una pulita alla camera. Dalla direzione non si è fatto sentire nessuno e nessuno si è interessato a chiedermi se fosse tutto in ordine. Diciamo un po’ di disinteresse del cliente. Camera un po’ piccola per 4 persone. Per una notte potrebbe andar bene ma, nel mio caso che ci ho soggiornato per3 notti,ho dovuto giocare a tetris con i bagagli. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Venice Beach in macchina ma dopo le 20:30/21:00 nei dintorni e’ tutto chiuso.

+ The location was great. It was easy to get to and from everywhere, highway was nearby. On-site parking was convenient and cost was reasonable for LA − The bathroom water pressure was very low. It was 4 of us in the room (2 adults. 2 preteens) so getting ready to go out always took longer than it should have.

Si sta benissimo + Il nostro punto di riferimento a Los Angeles, ci sentiamo come a casa, stiamo troppo bene. Camere super comode e spaziose, zona tranquilla, coin laundry interno all'hotel apprezzatissimo! − Un paio d'anni fa il parcheggio era gratis, ora si paga ma comunque a un prezzo molto ragionevole. La colazione purtroppo è scarsina ma è un po' la tipica colazione basica da hotel americano.

+ Świetny punkt by przemieścić się w stronę Venice czy Pier 39 w Santa Monica, jak również by podjechać do Hollywood, Beverly Hills. Niedaleko 2 bardzo dobrze zaopatrzone markety ogólnospożywcze, stacja Shell, która oferowała najtańszą w okolicy benzynę, restauracje serwujące różne dania. W samym obiekcie - do dyspozycji gości był ekspres do.kawy, herbata, woda, 1 rodzaj słodkiej przekąski. − Brak wieszaków w łazience! Ok, niby można bez nich przeżyć, ale to naprawdę utrudnia funkcjonowanie

Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. + Wir waren im dritten Block des Hotels untergebracht und der Innenhof war wirklich fantastisch. Von draußen konnte keiner rein, nur mit Zugangskarte und es gab sogar Grillstationen, die kostenlos benutzt werden konnten. − Toilettenspülung war defekt. Keine frischen Eier, Wurst oder Käse am Buffet.
