good location very central but needs better cleaning and service + Liked that it felt new and upgraded in the rooms − I waited for about 10 min at reception and rung the bell 3 times without anyone answering. When somebody finally did come to the counter they didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, didn’t even tell me how to check out. When I got into my room seemed clean and nice but then found a large spider in the corner as well as a lot of dead fruit flies, small flying bugs and other insects in the shower. Looked like the room had been cleaned but a while ago

We were happy with our deluxe triple room even though the motel is very old looking from the outside. Well situated with + We booked a deluxe triple room consisting of one single and one large double bed. The room has been renovated and a nice well appointed room. The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities, even packs of biscuits for three people. − It looks old from the outside so we were not sure what we were getting but we were pleasantly surprised. It took quite some time to get codes for the wifi, which is unusual. Saturday night dinner in the restaurant only offered a buffet, which was ok but probably a bit overpriced. There was no controller for the blind so we couldn’t lift it up.

Pleasantly surprised + The room was very clean and tidy and freshly modernised, the staff very friendly and helpful, the outlaw themed restaurant was very nice and inviting, and the food was absolutely superb. I would recommend to everyone looking for a convenient, affordable and pleasant stay in manjimup, I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to manji..... − There wasn't anything not to like about my stay

− All very clean and plenty of shampoo options and Kettle but in the room there was a bad smell like Naphthalene mothballs

+ Comfortable and clean Close to Manjimup − Breakfast - no longer has the continential breakfast buffet that they used to have - now you have to order it - only I wasn't told until 2nd day. The restaurant was also closed. No dinner or anything available The wifi - dodgy and doesn't work - used my Starlink. Poor communication.
