Very disappointing + The bed was good and the ocean view was excellent. There were complimentary free water bottles which was good to have. It's located close to a 7-11 shop. Nice restaurants and other shops closeby (recommend the "Day at the beach cafe" for lucnh and breakfast and the Seaview is close for dinner, although there are much better restaurants around like Swag Bistro!). Fresh towels and linnen whenever requested. The beach (Maenam Beach) is very nice and beach beds and parasols are provided. − So much.... For starters: this room is not listed on the website of the resort (it is on Booking.com) and i wonder why that is. This room is listed as a seaside villa, but it's not a villa. You have one big room with a bed in it, a bathroom and an outisde roofed patio and that's it. But the room itself had so many flaws: - doors and windows don't fully close - the room is so much older and more worn down than it looks in the pictures (where the other rooms of the "resort" seem …

Une adresse parfaite au calme sur l’île de Koh samui + La gentillesse du personnel, le lieu et l’emplacement. Le calme de Mae Nam sur Samui. Et surtout en sortant de l’hôtel sur la plage les massages à gauche avec des personnes très sympathiques et gentilles : n’hésitez pas à parler avec Oil. La location des scooters est très pratique et changez votre argent à l’hôtel cets beaucoup plus intéressant que le kiosque sur la rue principale. Brad hôtel thai au top on recommande! La piscine est un havre de paix. − Rien

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar + Alleen de locatie − Eigenlijk niets, het was niet hygiënisch personeel kon geen goeie dag vanaf en het onderhoud was erg achterstallig. Ik heb me wel vermaakt en de buren ook want het was erg gehorig, fijn dat zij wel plezier hadden. Als het aan mij ligt kan ik dit niemand aanraden voor dat geld. Ik Zit nu op phanang 1000 beter

Beach location stay + Great location for a beach holiday. − Disappointed in the surrounding area.

Resort decadente y sin mantenimiento, muy diferente a las fotos − Uno de los peores hoteles de nuestro viaje. Nada que ver con las fotos de Booking: todo está viejo, sucio y totalmente descuidado. La piscina tiene algas entre las racholas y se nota que no hay ningún mantenimiento. La habitación, aún y supuestamente ser Grand Deluxe, era especialmente mala: daba a otra habitación por un pasillo con una puerta translúcida, así que si encendían la luz de noche los vecinos nos despertaban (ver foto adjunta). Por otra parte, la mayoría de enchufes no funcionan bien y algunos ni siquiera sujetan el cargador, las cortinas no tapan la luz y las puertas no cierran correctamente, dejando un dedo de espacio. Resultado: entra luz, sin posibilidad de cerrar bien, y te mueres de calor por la noche. Por el precio que se paga, es sencillamente ridículo. Hay cientos de sitios mejores. No lo recomendaríamos en absoluto.

Good for a few days peace and quiet - go for the pool entry rooms! + Loved the pool access rooms and enjoyed the pool. Room very nice though the shower wasn't very good. Had some laundry done on site which was very useful. Staff very helpful! − Not a particularly nice location, with not much around it. Massive building work going on on the lane down to the property. No restaurant on site which was a bit inconvenient. A useful 7 11 on the main road if you can get across it! I needed gluten free food and we struggled to find this in the restaurants around that area. We also found the local beach bars rather unhelpful in this respect!

Bella ma pulizia pessima. + L’hotel ha un buon potenziale perché la nostra camera aveva il finestrone che ci permetteva di andare direttamente in piscina. − Camera sporca con bozzoli di farfalle sulle pareti, lenzuola macchiate, fodera del cuscino macchiata in modo evidente. Polvere nelle parti alte.

Heureusement que le prix n’était pas élevé + Les piscines, la proximité avec la mer. − Le lit était inconfortable, la douche n’était pas pratique, tous les placards étaient poussiéreux, à part le premier jour, nous n’avions qu’une serviette par personne, pas de serviette pour les pieds en sortie de douche. Plusieurs fois, nous avons retrouvé les serviettes à l’extérieur du logement.

Agradable pero mejorable + La ubicación es excelente, a primera línea de playa. Aunque al principio nos decepcionaron algunas cosas, poder alojarse justo frente al mar hace que la estancia tenga un encanto especial. − El alojamiento es acogedor, pero las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas y a falta de detalles. Faltan detalles en general, especialmente en el baño, y la higiene podría mejorar. Las fotografías no reflejan del todo el estado actual del alojamiento; parece que muestran un resort que ya no se corresponde con la realidad. La piscina también estaba bastante sucia. Por las fotos esperábamos un lugar mucho más cuidado y la experiencia no fue como imaginábamos, aunque estuvimos muy bien. El todo es la expectativa que tienes en mente con lo que te encuentras. Las fotos engañan bastante.

Ottima location fronte spiaggia + Noi abbiamo scelto la camera “true sea view” postazione fantastica proprio sulla spiaggia. Con due passi sei già nel mare! La camera è abbastanza accogliente e provvista di tutto il necessario. Le pulizie non vengono fatte tutti i giorni ma abbiamo notato che è una abitudine consolidata sulle isole. Su richiesta le fanno. − Non è possibile fare colazione, c’è un ristorante di fianco sulla spiaggia ma apre alle 9.00.
