+ Enjoyed our stay restaurant was very hot. Staff excellent and very helpful and friendly 👍 − Hot restaurant and balcony needs major repairs and lot of rust in iron work

+ The room was very comfortable and clean − The pool didn't look as good as the photos. It looked quite dirty and uninviting. The beach area and sea water at the hotel beach had construction rubbish and litter in it. The sunbed were not good quality and full of sand. The beach leading to the sea and in the sea was dangerous to the feet because of building bricks being in the sand. There are lots of staff but maybe some could be asked to clear the beach area and make it more inviting to guests. Move the sunbeds closer to the water

+ I stayed here for two weeks and everything was great. The room was cozy and clean, housekeeping was done every day, breakfast was included, and it was quiet enough for me to work comfortably. − Then I was told that I had to move to another room, and unfortunately the room I was given was much worse. As a guest who had stayed here for more than two weeks and planned to continue staying, I found this very disappointing. What upset me even more was that the receptionist who told me to move did not want to listen to my concerns at all. I understand that the room may have been reserved by another guest, but I expected a better solution, especially as a long-term guest. This situation has left me feeling very disappointed.

Habitación con animales incluidos. + El beach club del hotel. Ofrece desayuno buffet con vistas al mar. Además, durante el día tienen tumbonas con sombrilla disponibles para poder aprovechar la playa. Es muy tranquilo y relajante. − Todo lo relacionado con el hotel. Desde el minuto que pusimos el pie en la habitación empezaron los problemas. El agua que ofrecen es filtrada, no embotellada con lo que las garantías sanitarias no están 100% aseguradas. Además, dentro de la habitación encontramos numerosas hormigas y lagartijas. El hotel está plagado de libélulas y otros insectos que pudimos ver pasear tranquilamente. Cuando solicitamos ayuda al personal del hotel con los animales presentes en nuestra habitación nos dijeron que eso era muy típico y que no podían hacer nada. Siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas está respuesta no es la correcta. En fin, un sitio para no repetir.

+ Один из лучших вариантов на берегу моря в Хойане , останавливаемся уже у 5 раз . С прошлого года появился свой пляж и ресторан там же . Хорошая кухня , персонал самый лучший ! Всегда входили в положение и максимально пытались помочь в различных ситуациях − Лично для меня не проблема но отель начинает немного изнашиваться . Необходимы косметические ремонты и замена мебели , хотелось бы также более современные тв в номерах
