Great value and location + The location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Great bakery across the road and plenty of nearby options for dinner. − I was surprised they did not make up our room after the first day.

This hotel deserves 4 stars! Excellent experience + Had a great stay at Hanoi Esplendor Hotel & Spa. We booked a city view room with balcony and it was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and polite during the whole stay, and they also arranged the airport transfer for us which made everything very easy. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel is in a perfect spot in Hanoi, close to everything. Highly recommended! − Nothing, everything was perfect!

great choice in center of old quarter + rooms are attractive and spacious, great attention to detail. the breakfast was excellent - huge spread with tons of variety, the staff are exceptional :) − random - but I didn't love the music in the breakfast room!
