+ We had a great stay, Hari was a huge help to us on our last day when we needed assistance.

+ This hotel was great. The main issue is that you can’t easily access the golf course or the park, even though they literally in the backyard of the hotel. The is a big fence blocking access to the golf course, so you have to walk 35 minutes to the next hotel and enter from there. It’s really annoying because I booked this accommodation so that I could explore the forest, but the access was actually really far away.

+ The reception staff were not very helpful. The staff over the phone denied extra towel request. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly and helpful. The state of the facilities available were very old. The communication to the guests were terrible. This hotel doesn’t match three star standard.
