Three Cheers for Four Points, Pune + My experience was really good over there. All staff members were really doing there best to accommodate our request. They were so kind to provide us baby/kid food without any cost to us at night. Catering staff manager was so nice to us to provide us packed dinner for us to have later on our way for our next trip. Manager Mr. Mandal was kind, accommodating, helpful. Note, I am not saying all this because somebody told me to rate like this rather it was my experience and I rarely provide feedback unless something touches me really. They helped us in shifting our room to another floor because of certain problem and even there they said to change to another room so that nothing bothered to us but we denied that request because we were checking out next day. They made our experience better with whatever they could do. Lady manager at reception was a nice lady who offered chocolates to our kids and helping us in whichever possible way. Cheers to Four…
