Hotel + Location is good. Staff not helpful due to restriction to communicate. Room not make-up immediately need to be reminded everyday. The bed and pillow not nice.

マネージメントが… + チェックイン時間前にチェックインしようとすると、「お客様が予約した部屋はまだ用意ができていないので、予約したお部屋より欄化が下のお部屋にチェックインしてもらっても良いでしょうか」と尋ねられました。「いやいや、チェックイン時間前なのはわかっているので、まだ空いていないならチェックイン時間まで待ちますよ」と返答しました。このときのスタッフの対応が不安でした。結局、夕方になって戻って来ても、本来予約した部屋のお客がまだチェックアウトしていないとかで、その日はランクを上げてチェックインさせてくれました。 翌日も、そのお客のチェックアウト時間になってもまだチェックアウトしていないとかで、わたしたちの荷物はいったん部屋から出され、夕方まで本来の部屋にチェックインできませんでした。 この際のマネージメントが不安で、不便で、頼りなく、スタッフの対応もまちまちで意思疎通が取れてなく、わたしたちも何度か振り回され、このホテルに対してはあまり良くないイメージしかありませんでした。部屋は普通だったんですけどね。

Koh Pic + Hotel was as advertised with excellent staff and a nice pool on the roof. The surrounding area is still a massive construction zone and amenities are changing. ATM's and restaurants are currently a kilometer away, 10 minutes walking, local drivers pretend it is a long way but $2 will get you to a Mall. Recommend using Passapp taxi service or walking, the area is not congested yet. The serviced apartments are new with a clothes washer in the apartment and small kitchenette but no dishes. Warning: the water kettle is vented on the top in a manner that could easily cause steam burns, have not encountered this hazard before so use caution. Safety standards are different in Asia.

イーオンモール程近くの近代的サービスアパートメント + 新しくて、間取りも広く、快適なアパートです。 乾燥機付きのドラム洗濯機を備えているのもありがたい。 イーオンモールは川向こうで、迂回しますが歩いて10分程度。 屋上プールも広くて快適。月極での入居が多いせいか、空いていて自由に使えます。

+ "Apartment".... more like a room with a sink. No cooking equipment whatsoever, not even a fork, a glass or plate provided. I had to ask for my room to he cleaned as I were there 3 nights and wasn't given small necessities such as toilet paper. The furniture in the room was worn and uncomfortable. The pool was out of order and we were not made aware of this before we made our booking. The staff (especially the women on reception) were incredibly rude and hostile. They made me feel very uncomfortable as they would stand and stare jaws open every time I entered the hotel. When spoke to they were not interested in helping me or my partner and made us both feel unwelcome. There's not much to do in the area close by buy for $2 you can get a tuk tuk to the busier areas. There are nicer more affordable hotels, with better service from the staff in the area so book with one of them instead!

+ the non smoking room we booked was not available no reason given then put us into other room the stink of ciggarete smoke was overpowering everytime I went to front counter there wa people havng problems with there room bookings

+ Check in was a bit confusing. The desk clerk indicated that CA & SA doesn't have orbitz reservations. Only after I showed passport was he able to find my name on the computer. Although advertised as different types of rooms, all rooms are exactly the same with different furniture arrangements. We were on the 6th floor. Although a few has a very small balcony. No view by any rooms except for the ends of the building since higher buildings block the view. The rooftop swimming pool is unusable since it has no cover, and the sun is unbearable. No lights for night time enjoyment. The cleaning staff were pleasant, and were dependable. The rooms could and should provide a microwave oven and a hotpot. The refrig was adequate. The A/C was good. Recommend for single or couple traveling. It is away from the tourist area on the developing island - mostly by Chinese developers. Need a tuk tuk or a taxi to get to anywhere.

You are by yourself here to manage all yourself,, + There is absolutely no hospitality here. It does not exist in this building. This is a Chinese run building mainly for Chinese visitors, so there is no Cambodian atmosphere. The check in staff do not care about anything at all, they do not care about how your room is, or how you are. They are all young local people who work here, but as hospitality is no part of their job, then they only spend all their time looking at their mobile phones and talking to themselves about their own personal lives. If you have a problem with anything at all, then they do not consider that it is their business. They are recruited to speak Chinese with all the Chinese visitors, so English is not well spoken at all.... The staff here only consider that their work here is only a paid social gathering for themselves, and so to do anything which is work is against their outlook for being here. When I checked in I did not have my passport with me, …

Just a quite functional modern accomodation only. + This is a new building, and has no hospitality atmosphere, and no Cambodian friendliness... It is purpose built by Chinese investors for Chinese visitors. So the main language here is Chinese, and almost all the guests are Chinese, speaking loud Chinese language... It is in a completely new part of town now all under modern development, and there are very many noisy building sites all around here, so very unfortunately there is absolutely no good local Cambodian attractions or hospitality. There is no shopping here, and really nothing to do in this area all under development, and also there are no restaurants either... Hmm... There are 12 floors on the block, and a rooftop swimming pool, but unfortunately no good views at all as there is nothing attractive around here to see...., only all noisy building sites....! So the accommodation block is completely functional for being modern, and quite well furnis…

+ Our room was really clean and nice although they didn't have any utensils like basic cups, cutlery, plates or cooking utensils. I think they should have at least the basics which most aparthotels do. During our stay the hotel needed to cut the power between certain times which was annoying because our clothes got stuck in the dryer and couldnt get it out till the power came back on. Staff said they couldnt do anything about it. The service was okay. They are trained to speak Chinese being this hotel is catered for chinese tourists and i found that they are a lot more friendly to chinese guests than local or foreign. Location isnt too bad apart for nearby construction where it can be a bit loud. We caught a tuk tuk to the city centre which is about 10mins away. Pool area was easy access and clean and so is the hotel gym. I would come back again as it is one of the cleaner hotels in PP and decent priced.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION + When we arrived there was no record of our booking. This might we had to wait to be checked in by the unfriendly reception staff. We had to ask for water, toilet paper etc. Our room was not cleaned for four days. There was a horrible smell in the room and it smelt of cigarette smoke. The place needs to be freshened up. The photographs on the website do not represent the actual room. I took these photographs just before we checked out.
