Older hotel in a good location + This is an older hotel that has great potential, high ceilings good plumbing. Renovation is underway, so expect some construction noise during the day

+ It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before.
