Superb + Location/facilities/amenities is good − Internal communication need improvement. For example: someone have confirm my late check out until 4 PM but have the staff knock my door inform me need to check at 3 PM. I have requested washing machine and kitchenware but when I check in don’t have and I need to remind again than hotel staff take to my room after I check in 1.5 hours.

Pleasant + Safe and clean − Overpriced. Weird smell in the bathroom. Noisy area, as there is a lot of construction around. Breakfast options very bad for a 4 star hotel.

A very pleasant, comfortable stay. Good staff and facilities. + The size of the room, the pool and roof top bar. The staff. The breakfast. The meals available at the roof top bar. The bed was very comfortable. − The step up bath was a slipping hazard. Booking a massage or spa seemed too complicated. The roof top bar food and drinks menu was limited, but what was available was good. No utensils, crockery etc in the kitchen at all, just two glasses and two mugs, not even one teaspoon or knife, for fruit etc. only two coffee sachets each day and only Japanese tea bags.

Very good + Clean rooms and comfy, staff are very good and nice to have breakfast at the top of the hotel with the views − The room could have done with a luggage rack as had to use the sofa but no big deal

A cozy stay + I stayed in higher floor room and the view is great. The room is Nordic designed and gives me the cozy feeling. There are ofuro (hot bath place) where can reserve and relax. It’s good for stay over. − The breakfast is good yet not many choices. Hope can have some more choices. And the smoking area is near the dining area. Hope can be rearranged and won’t disturb the non smoking diners.

+ Rien ! À fuir − Le p'tit déjeuner insipide, personnel obséquieux, chambre bruyante , travaux autour de l'hôtel 24h/24h . Facturation perte carte hôtel , 15 euros ! !!!! Du vol . Ailleur 5 euros ! Odeur de charbon permanent autour de l'hôtel
